This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. Venera Sheremeti supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Venera Sheremeti commentedit would be nice if Mews would consider this option as there are many hoteliers out there, but I am speaking here mainly on behalf of our hotels how important this is to work towards a tailor made service for the customer. For example certain packages, group reservations, VIP, tailor-made guest requests etc... I cannot emphasize enough the importance of this and mostly how time-saving it is. Now the front officer has to look up reservation per reservation (several times even) and/or write down the information on a separate log for proper follow-up. I hope you realize how frustrating and time consuming this is?

Clearer distinction between different events on the same day. Now when I format two or three events, it's not easy to make the distinction. It seems like there's a lot of information and a lot of data mixed together.
TIP: for example, when you click on the icon, you get immediately referred to the events calendar.
