    Hi Mewsers!
    Guests can now sign digital registration cards in Navigator before arriving!

    Now, when guests check in online, they’ll provide all of their legally required info and their signature to create a digital registration card.

    We’ll store the signed card on the customer profile in Mews in Files section. https://help.mews.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010283757

    The change in preauthorizations was released in 2022, unfortunately, we missed updating its status. 


    Now manually created preauthorizations through Mews Payments can be selected to expire up to 28 days from the creation day. Also, for automatically created preauthorizations Mews releases the preauthorization 24 hours after your property's configured check-out time.     Pre autorization via Stripe is only valid 4 to 14 days but we need to have an automatic renewal of the pre autorization until the day of arrival - so we have secured really the reservation being garanteed. Especially if you have a no show
