multi item posting
Create multi-item postings to make upselling easier. Think of Valentine package with chocolates and a bottle of wine.
Currently we need to create 2 items for different VAT calculations. It would make life a lot easier if we could make 1 item Valentine Package with an automated split per bucket.

Properties should be able to customize their own origins as they may need to use more than the hardcoded ones, mainly for reporting purposes

Redirect MEWS commander user to a property (active session, same chain) by URL
Use case:
- We have an internal tool, synchronized via API with MEWS. We have access to Reservations, Customers, etc.

Charge guest card on profile when making Reservation at another location
For chain hotels.
When making a booking for a guest using the dropdown menu on the new reservation screen, credit card on file should automatically be charged and accounted for under the other property without needing to switch locations from within mews.
ie: Customer is at Location A, and is making a reservation at Location B from the receptionist at front desk. The receptionist should be able to select and book Location B and have any deposits or charges autolinked to the guests card on file so that the accounting and deposits dont need to be manually reconciled between properties.

Being able to create presets in the reservation report
Having a feature where you can easily click on a preset with settings that you've created previously for the reservations report, making it faster and easier to extract the required information. Instead of having to re-enter the preferences for each property.

Reservation overview list view
LIST VIEW of reservation overview(arrival, departure, inhouse) and possibilty to sort by for example "guest name", "room number", "price", "departure date", "number of persons" etc.
If we have more than 10 arrivals we are not able to all in a glance. This is a BIG challenge for larger properties.

keep the history of property settings changes
We need to keep track of who made changes the property settings. Because we had a deletion of a space and we do not know who made these changes.
So we have no track of the history on this space...and someone could have rented it without management knowledge.1 voteHello all,

Share customer profiles between properties (multi-property)
It is very important for chains to be able to have a common database for all the hotels. Customer profiles should be shared between properties as guests are loyal to the brand and stay in different property in the same group.
With Mews, a new profile has to be created every time in each property65 votes -
Auto Assignments
Allowing users to manage the auto assignment of rooms. This should be an on property manageable process. Their are times that Mews does not properly manage inventory and availability in Mews creating odd gaps that force us to reassign reservations so that we can create space for new reservations.

Automatic reply for messages
For properties that do not have 24/7 coverage it would be nice to activate an automatic reply for the messages to mention e.g. that the property will reply within 12hrs or the next day.

Chain Terms and Conditions
When updating HTML T&C, chains need to do it manually for each of the individual properties at this time.
Would be nice to be able to link all enterprises to the same T&C, so updates need to be done only once, and thus minimizing effort and possibility of errors.

optional confirmation
When a potential guest is calling a property for a proposal and the property is offering different options (per categories, per rates, per date etc), in the proposal that the guest will receive, there is only ONE button that will confirm ALL the options listed instead of one per option. Is it possible to have those several buttons (one per option) in order to allow the guest to choose one specific favourite solution?"

History for messages
It would be nice to be able to email/share a thread with a guest when finished so that a guest e.g. has a proof of the conversation with an agent/property.

settings
Because we have several properties it would be great to have the option to export the settings in mews. this because there are so many options 1 different setting can make a huge difference how the system works. Now we have no quick way to check the settings in mews.

Room number in no show report
The no show email the property gets, stating all the reservations that were cancelled with the reason "no show", includes the reservation numbers and the customers' names. It would be perfect, to also have on that the room numbers shown where there were allocated.

For example by configuration of a new property it is handy when you can export some configurations from an existing property and import this info in the new property.

Reservations report by user or group of users
To create a new filter ' by user' or 'group of users', to be able to schedule a report of reservations made the day before by specific users, e.g. reservations office users, not to have to pull the report and then filter by creator manually.
