Digital Ordering : Push notification
Today, customers are not notified by a push alert when their order is ready. In addition to the written message on the DO (Delivery Order) interface, it would be great to have the option of sending a push notification to the customer's mobile device.

MAKE BIZZON POS chargeable on Guest or Company registred in MEWS, even if Guest or Cie are not C/I
When an Company comes to our restaurant just for lunch and dinner, and they want to have bill send to Cie for payment. You HAVE to create an GUEST account making it PAYMASTER.
Then in PMS, you need to connect that paymaster to the Cie, to be able to send the bill.
Have you got a easiest way to do, or more complicated ? :)1 vote -
Have the POS retrieve the products from services in MEWS rather than having to recreate the List
We don't use the POS right now because as far as i'm aware the list of products needs to be maintained both in the POS and in MEWS. Having the POS pull a list of products from MEWS would be a key feature for us to consider using it.

Send more granular data by sending each line item/product to Mews.

Add Delivery Capabilities to Mews POS
Add the possibility to choose a delivery slot on Digital Ordering, so that non-immediate deliveries can also be managed by Mews POS.

AVAILABILITY BY DAY NOT HOUR
Can you make a view for the timeline that is not by hour but by day only.
Currently when checking availability you have to scroll past the actual date.
EX: The timeline will show a space in the middle of the 15th that will make you think that the 15th is vacant but when you scroll past the 15th into the 16th you actually realize that the 15 is not vacant.1 vote -

Enable Lock task mode for POS app
Some clients, especially those less tech-savvy, are reluctant to adopt mobile POS solutions (handhelds).
One reason is they think it looks unprofessional or too "techy" from their guests' point of view.
The other reason has to do with staff behavior at work.
The Bull (hotel in the UK), asked to lock the device so that it can be used only for the POS app, at least by the cashiers. The Notifications Window Should show at least a name or booking number.
The notifications window and the information "order created"is a bit pointless since it doesn't show any more information. In order to find out what order was created you have to click on order created and you will be send to the reservation. It would make more sense to at least show a booking umber or name in the notifications window next to order created.

Add a cancelation Reason field for a product cancellation
When cancelling a product from Orders, the status changes to cancelled, however, no reason is provided.
