Hi all, currently this email is not customizable. Would you maybe benefit from:
1. Email being customizable
2. Email to change the wording
3. New solution where the guest will be able to e.g. swap a card or re-try payment attemptIf your answer is under 3. please reach out to me and I can add you to the beta access of this feature. If not, happy to review other suggestions!

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, this request will not be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered.
We at Mews follow strict design guidelines and principles and customising the colours on the timeline is currently not something we will be working on. We constantly review our design choices and will keep usability and accessibility very close in our decision making process.

Please show the red line only when overbooking is covering the date range on the desktop. Our front desk likes to use the timeline to get the best overview of current day for check ins/outs but now the redlines are disturbing it badly.

Totally agreed, please find an alternative solution to handle overbookings. As it's not very practical when the red line is visible all the time even though the overbooking is a one year ahead.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your valuable insights on this topic. I am happy to inform you that this feature is now live and ready to use for all* users.
*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

What is the update on this one, this seems to most voted feature. Overall it would also very handy to create reservations directly from the timeline. It would save a lot of time, not needing to find empty and and suitable space again.
