I am happy to share the news that we have started to work on adding more flexibility to automated payments!
Our focus is to add more payment settlement rules that will reduce the manual time spent on payment processing and increase the flexibility around charging that your guests will love!

We are very happy to inform you that we have officially released the Reservation rooming list.
Select a reservation and head over to the “Group” tab to start testing the feature. If you would like to know more, follow the link below to the release notes page where you will be able to see a snapshot of where you can find the feature.
We have also added a handy guide which you can access from the release notes page.

Hello from the Mews Product Team. Thanks very much for your feedback on our portal. This is a great suggestion. As you mentioned, we don't yet send e-mails for every idea posted as it can get overwhelming. However, we are happy to take this into consideration and will look into finding the right way to keep all of our customers informed.

It would be helpful to be able to deselect the "apply cancellation fee" tick already present in Status, based on the benefit we chose to grant some guests (ex: return guest should not get pre-authorized; a VCC from a TA should only be charged or pre-authorized in case of no show, ...). Currently, this tickbox cannot change the group rate automation rule.
