    Hello everyone,

    Thank you for submitting the idea. As long this is another great idea, unfortunately, this is not something we have planned to work on in the nearest future due to us focusing on different priorities – such as: adding new alternative payment methods.

    You can still upvote, submit or comment on the idea and we can any time get back and have a discussion around it.

    Now we allow properties to distinguish the identifier and input any numbers you'd like to, but unfortunately this request has not received the necessary upvotes to be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered

    A hotel should be able to choose by default if it prefers to use merchant or terminal payments. In case of merchant, there is the button of charge and close, so in reality, merchant choice would even not be necessary

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback! It is unlikely that we will be working towards integrating this payment flow in the nearest future, we would like to solve your biggest problems and this was on our nice-to-have list, therefore it was not prioritized for the upcoming tertile.

    Dear Mews. More choice of payment providers equals more competition, equals better service (to us) and most probably better conditions. I would really appreciate Mews to open its mind and look also into other possibilities other than Stripe

    Even though there’s a privilege for charging cards online, I’ve decided to put this feature in the unlikely section of our ideas. If we see that this feature is something you are very interested in, we will get back to it.

    This is a good input. Sometimes it is difficult not only to find the total, but have to look under which name payment was made. Sometimes we upset guest asking them to pay, when another party already did make payment for the whole group

    Hi Mewsers!
    We have template called “Before start” which is automatically sent 48 hours before the guest’s arrival.

    This template is partially customizable. You can customize Subject, Headline, and Paragraph. (please see the attachment)

    Not only should it be customizable, BUT ALSO in the guest language. At present all mail (pre-, post, invoices) are sent in system language !!!! When will it be possible to have guest needs at a top priority ?

    Yes, we are a service/experience oriented industry, so in most cases we do not sell products but services, experiences, packages, and very little products

    This is a good idea about currency.
    But guests, should not have to choose their language, distributor should be responsive to operating system language and if possible also in currency.
