*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

Hello from the Mews product team and thank you for your suggestion! We can confirm that email is an optional field in Kiosk (formerly Operator) as well as during the Online Check-in. So guests are able to skip entering the email for any children in their group.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sauli Vanhapiha commentedVoucher code only shows one rate in the Distributor! That is a problem if you want to add several rates to the same voucher.
For example, I tried to add a choice for travel agents to choose accommodation, accommodation with half board or accommodation with full board.
Instead, now I have to send three separate vouchers and more importantly travel agents need to log in with three separate vouchers to compare the options...not ideal for a smooth workflow.
Like many others here; I agree. This is in my perspective one of the key elements for good user experience.
We also get unnecessary phone calls from people who do not see which date certain room type is available.
I am satisfied with Mews but also tempted to change Mews because this feature is still missing.
