Good news! Because privacy of your employees is very important for us, from now, your guests will be able to see only the first name of employee who is replying in the chat.With the first name, communication still remains personal but does not expose any sensitive information about your employees.

An error occurred while saving the comment Marcel Sangers commentedSo strange to see there is no enable/disable or suspend option (or alternatively change password feature).
For example an image, pin code authorization, face recognition and 2nd factor authentication all must be setup again when the solution is to delete the account and recreate when needed.
While a disable/suspend option seems to be such basic functionality.
And thus also a user will be aware of the delete/create action which is not always desirable.Marcel Sangers supported this idea · -

Good news! You can now request disabling of the “Customer added” email (also known as “Account created”) through our Support.
Based on several feedback sessions with many of you this solution is looking to be the best one (comparing to e.g. email customization).

An error occurred while saving the comment Marcel Sangers commentedImo this could also be an option "hide for customer" on the configuration of the Stay product item and/or when posting the product through the Items screen
This way it will not be displayed on the reservation confirmation (when the present is added later and in case a confirmation email is resend for whatever reason).
As the charge for the Stay product can be routed already to another bill (of the person paying for the product), it will not be visible on the guest's bill.Marcel Sangers supported this idea · -
