Hi there Mewsers!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

An error occurred while saving the comment Christian Furtner commentedAn integration with ie Klarna would be great. Guest could choose pay later with bill or instant bank transfer there, but the payment collection is moved from the property to the payment provider. This would allow guests who do not have a credit card to book directly with the distributor on our website, without asking us if payment by bank transfer was possible.

19 votesHello from the Mews product team. Unfortunately, this request has not received the necessary upvotes to be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered. Thank you for sharing your suggestions. This is not possible now to do, as the email is colelcted in the end and as well we need an opt-in from the customer. Guest should be able to see that the days, where the rates are high (ie weekend) and understand that the other days have lower rates.
