This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. An error occurred while saving the comment Christian Furtner commentedThere is an automated assignment when adding the requested space feature from the guest in the guest profile - internals - prefered space features. In the property settings (stay) you need to select the "Reservation assignment strategy" to "Prefered space features". Yet..this is only for the initial room asignment. The guest can be moved afterwards and there is no quick indication whether the guest is in the room with the requested features.

An error occurred while saving the comment Christian Furtner commentedYes, or for families where some family members arrive later. So we could already assign a different amount of people and the according names to the reservation (first 3 days 1 person, rest of the stay 4 persons).

Hi there Mewsers!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

I send an option to guest, they confirm but don't provide a credit card so we would need to change that confirmed reservation back to optional to motivate the guest to provide payment details.
