Hi Mewsers!
Guests can now sign digital registration cards in Navigator before arriving!Now, when guests check in online, they’ll provide all of their legally required info and their signature to create a digital registration card.
We’ll store the signed card on the customer profile in Mews in Files section. https://help.mews.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010283757

Hello Mewsers!
We are happy to inform you that this request has been fulfilled. OTA references numbers now automatically appear on bills and invoices.

Include a mandatory booking reference/Voucher number field when invoices are issued to Travel Agents or companies. The booking reference number should export to the accounting report & Accounting ledger and also to Accounting integration (xero, sage, etc).
Using the booking reference is easiest for accounts to mark invoices as paid and reconcile payments.

Select a reservation and head over to the “Group” tab to start testing the feature. If you would like to know more, follow the link below to the release notes page where you will be able to see a snapshot of where you can find the feature.

Dates of stay - in and Out
Room Type
Rate

Some companies have the same billing instructions/notes for all their employees who stay at a property, it would be good to show these each time a reservation is made from that company.
Travel Agencies have certain billing instructions or restrictions that apply to all guests. Would be good to show these each time a booking is made from that agent.
