    Hey Mewsers, Good News! We started researching and collating information about this feature request and Age-based pricing is now on our roadmap as one of our priorities for 2021.

    There will be several iterations of releases throughout this year as it is a complex subject that we are tackling. Including pricing, stay products, city taxes, and many more. We will continue to update you through this feature request but remember to check out our product webinars every month (the next one being tomorrow – https://www.mews.com/en/resources/webinars/product-webinar-march-2021) and also keep an eye on our release notes (https://www.mews.li/app/release-notes).

    I might be a bit confused, but is it even possible to add an address during online check-in? I don't see that option? Every customer that arrives in the hotel is forced to give their personal address manually. Even if they fulfilled the online check-in. So nevertheless: upvoted.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. 


    We allow for a little more flexibility so that the housekeeping app can be used on devices that are dedicated to housekeeping teams as well as devices that are not dedicated to teams.


    For cases where you have a single device dedicated to housekeeping we suggest making use of the native functionality on the device called "Guided access". Activating guided access will lock the device in a single application.


    It is unlikely that we will mandate this for the housekeeping application, hence we recommend making use of the native settings.

    Our Spacetime project is still being worked on. We are adding new time units (days, months, potentially hours), new space types, and optimize Mews to be ready to support various types of services.     Sarah, the field 'customer language' is still disabled when modifying a customers' profile? We can only select the customer language when adding a new customer. Are you sure?

    Hi, I created a new request ticket regarding the same issue.
    When you export your customer profiles so you can import it in your mailsystem (eg. Mailchimp or Mailup), the field 'language' is not part of the exported excel file. That's one small step for Mews, one giant leap for mankind.

    btw; this initial idea dates back to 2018.
    And I contacted Mews in 2016 that this is a huge problem.
    So 2021 should be time to fix it.

    definitely applies for Belgium - strong need
    I have been addressing this issue for years.
    There is also no possibility to change language in the mews profile.

    We delivered customization of all emails which Mews send to guests.

    We will start collecting new feedback for missing placeholders and other things separately

    The pre-arrival mail was recently released as a new functionality. Which was very handy to inform customers about the COVID measures taken in the hotel. At this moment, you can't style this email template. Only add plain text.
    Please upgrade this functionality so it fits the brand of the hotel and a possiblity to add images and others.
