Now you can add special events or notes in your Enterprise Settings. These show as an icon & note on the Timeline & Rate Management screens, and on the Availability and Occupancy reports.

Hi Mewsers,
for all booking done by booker, you can now configure whether the guest e-mail is mandatory or optional.
We recommend to keep guest’s e-mail required but if you need to set guests e-mail optional, here is how to do it:1. Go to Settings > Stay > Distributor configurations and select the configuration from the list.
2. In the configuration scroll down to field:
“Guest email (when booker is not a guest) *” and select “Optional” option.With this set up only booker’s e-mail will be required on the “Details” page.

Hi Mewsers,
Good news! We just released this feature. You can now configure the custom online check-in instructions.How to do it?
Go to Settings > Services > Stay > Options and look for “Check-in instructions” field.Insert plain text – do not use HTML tags.
Custom check-in instruction appear at the end of the online check-in flow.Have a great day,

Hi there Mewsers!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

An excel export would be a great tool for checking restrictions and getting a better overview
