Right now there are no adjustable mailing templates in mews only adjustable mailing "contents" which is incredibly weak and a bad hit for corporate design and even the customer journey (reduced trust because its in a completely different design than anything else). For a pms that is centered around the customer this should really be different!
I think it would be useful to add an global option for template and probably even for each individual mailing. So you could adjust this for single mailings if you want (which is asked for in different ideas).
You could use a single settings field in which you could copy a whole html template (for example from our newsletter provider) and only add an placeholder/variable where the content (defined in the singular mailings) is added. If you dont use this field in a singular mailing the global setting is used, if nothing is set there the standard mews template is used (works in a cascade).
If a mailing is defined mews shouldnt add anything else around that. Styles that are needed for individual mailing contents should be added probably there.

The custom space features should be used here instead of the hardcoded ones. That would be the best solution for the different needs of different properties.

The hardcoded space features should be completely replaced with the custom ones defined by the properties in the guest profile as well as in the timeline filter. Also the assignment should be changed to use the custom space features.

It would be great to connect guest accounts. For example to specify partner, spouse, children and so on. Right now this is completely invisible inside Mews and you could only detect an relation between two persons through past reservations.
I think it would be very useful to have two way connections like mother-son so when you go to the mothers profile and add the sons profile via mother-son-connection on the sons profile automatically a connection son-mother appears. Same procedure with deleting a connection.
If you want to go all in with this feature it would be an idea to let us define the connection types (maybe even with a connection classification type to use as a filter in the connection screen in the guest profile) so there would be completely custom connection type possible depending on the needs of the property.

In Menu -> Settings -> Property -> Guest experience -> Mail template it would be great to change from there if a mailing is active or not. So each row has for each service a checkbox "active" to change the specific option.
Most of these options are right now in the service settings which is ok but it would be great if you could see and change these options in one place at the mail template screen.

Thanks. Do you even handle the payment status mails or verification with that? We have an integration that can handle some of the mails that mews sends but not all.
