I'm very interested to know how other properties that accept bookings from Expedia conceal the room rate on confirmation emails. These are negotiated rates and when Guests see them, they want to know why they paid more than the rate the property charges because the Guests aren't aware of the commission Expedia keeps. To not have a way to sent OTA bookings a confirmation without a rate is puzzling to me.

I agree. We're a quarter of the way into the 21st Century and it truly should be more simple. Seems like the current process was developer created but not user tested by a broad audience of users.
