An error occurred while saving the comment Sam commentedThis would be so helpful to save clicks! Whenever we lock a reservation we add the reason why it is locked, often the team 'forget' to add the comments because it is not a fast process.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sam commentedOften there are many notes on a reservation, mostly unnecessary from the channel manager causing the team to miss important notes.
Having a pop up or being able to classify these notes on property level will help to ensure notes are not missed.Sam supported this idea · -

This is still a major issue, many OTA's create a generic email address so this is not a way to block the guests from booking and staying. Manually checking names for possible profiles to merge is also not a solution when you use kiosks.
We really need a better alert and guests need to be blocked from using kiosks if there is a possibility they match a blocked profile.
