    Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, this request will not be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered as Mews will always show a reservation owner on the Timeline and all companions within the reservation detail in order to avoid large lists of names on the Timeline.

    "Begleitperson" is no difference to "Begleiter"! The right word schould be "Gast" like guest. The second person in the room would be the "begleiter".

    Even more important than the translations in mews are the translations in the guest journey! We have already had some complains about wrong translations or german and english mixed pages in the CHeck in plattform

    We at Mews follow strict design guidelines and principles and customising the colours on the timeline is currently not something we will be working on. We constantly review our design choices and will keep usability and accessibility very close in our decision making process.

    All required fields in the PMS are based on legal requirements. It is unlikely that we will allow the modification of required fields, or the addition of mandatory fields that do no meet legal standards in each region in the near future.

    We need this exactly for the legal requirements! -> the nationality is a mandatory. we have to report this!! And the "dear" would be very important for us too. Our PMS before MEWS had that too.

    Hello Mewsers,

    We are very happy to inform you that we provide the following reservation states:

    Pending (Inquiry) – this state shows reservations as “inquired” in the system but it does remove any rooms from your inventory.

    Optional – when reservations are created in the optional state they are set and tentative in the system and can be automatically released. Optional reservations will remove rooms from your inventory.

    If you would like to know more about the states mentioned above, please contact our customer care team.

    We would like to know more about how you envision working with “probability %” and waiting lists. If you have anymore use cases or scenarios for the waiting list, please feel free to share them with us.

    *Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.

    To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.
