Accept and reject buttons
The accept and reject buttons on the customers quote should be located below the comments section and above the terms and conditions. I've had far too many customers contacting us because they don't know how to accept. This is understandable as by the time they have scrolled down to the useful information they have no reason to scroll back up to the top of the page.

Block booking date range
When creating a block in the timeline via the "book a space" button. The date options should be selectable as a range, not just a single date. It is extremely time consuming to have to create a new block for each day of a multi day block.

Packages
We would like to have more options with regards to creating packages.
For example a package including stay, breakfast and tourist tax.
Or a package with an activity, lunch and drinks. However these packages don't work at the moment. You have to select a stay, this doesn't sync with PMS and thus doesn't add value.1 vote -
Sending mails from the property mailadres instead of quotelo.fr
Currently emails to guests are send from [email protected]. We would like to use the property emailadress, as the PMS does.

Option to edit the name of a service in the quote
In the quote, the course is added to a service. For example, a slice of cake is either breakfast/lunch or dinner. While it's actually more in-between.
We would like to be able to either not have the course added to the service. Or be able to change the name of the service manually to remove the course.4 votes -
quote template pictures
Template: 3 pictures per section is too much - can hotels customize this and choose only 2 pictures to template.

leider ist nicht nachzuvollziehen welcher Mitarbeiter, wann welche Informationen geändert hat ein Zeitstempel oder ein Aktionsprotokoll wäre sinnvoll!

Update prices in packages
When prices are updated (changed in PMS and synchronised to Mews Events) the old price remains in F&B packages and daily delegate packages forcing us to change them all manually. It would be great if they could be synchronised as well.

Verlinkungen für die operative anwenden
Man macht zu viele Klicks, um an Informationen zu kommen.
Bis unser Küchenchef im Function Sheet angekommen ist (über den Time table) muss man zu viele Klicks machen. Am besten kommt man über die generelle Wochenübersicht direkt in die Veranstaltungsdetails.2 votes -

Änderungen und Stornierungen proaktiv an das VEranstaltungsteam kommunizieren
Wenn es Veranstaltungsänderungen gibt (Personenanzahl, Änderung Essen) sollten die Entsprechenden Abteilungen (Personen) informiert werden. Proaktive Informationen erleichtern die Veranstaltungsausführung. Bitte unbedingt einführen!

Daily delegate packing including supplementary services
It would be great if, in Mews events, it were possible to create a seminar or daily delegate package with the option to add supplementary services.

Meeting room price per hour
Currently, in Mews Events it is possible to set the price for a meeting room per day and per half-day. We would like to see the option to set an hourly rate and differentiate between weekdays and weekends.

Quote, prices excluding VAT
In the Netherlands, it is customary for business quotations to be prepared excluding VAT. The VAT amount is shown at the bottom of the quotation. Because all prices are displayed including VAT, we appear more expensive compared to our competitor in the price of an overnight stay.

Signature image
An improvement in Mews events would be the ability to upload a signature as an image in the settings. At the moment, it’s only possible to draw one manually, which doesn’t always produce the best results. The option to upload or paste an image would be a great enhancement.

Angebotsaufteilung
Im Angebot werden die Veranstaltungspreise und Zimmerpreise zusammengerechnet und daraus ein Preis pro Gast ermittelt. Bitte in den Angeboten den Veranstaltungspreis pro Gast und den Übernachtungspreis getrennt aufführen.

Create an action log
It would be great if an action log would be created. That way we can see when and who the quotes are made, adjusted or send by. Similar to PMS.
