  1. Show Resdiary table reservations in the booking and not just in the guest profile

    Resdiary table reservations are created and managed in the guest profile via a separate tab. This really works great!
    But it would be very helpful if you could also see the reservation in the room reservation, or at least a symbol that there is a table reservation.

  6. Communicate negative inventory to CRS when oversold

    We use the Sabre SynXis CRS for channel management. For example, when we are oversold by 3 on a room type, Mews sends a 0 count to the CRS rather than -3. This creates situations where we are at risk of overselling or continuing to be oversold as we will get a cancelation but the CRS goes from 0 to 1 rather than -3 to -2. Often we get another booking before the systems refresh one another.

  8. Travel Agency Commission

    Add Onyx or a similar platform to the market place to pay IATA commissions. Updating the TA profiles to be able to make what products that are commissionable so that it will be easier to export the reservation report to see actual commission rates to be used for reconciliations.

    The hotel receive from Synxis reservations and are able to receive in guest profile information relate to the loyalty program. The hotel received this information in the guest profile:
    -The loyalty program
    -Membership Number
    -Membership level

    The request was for:
    -Marriott Bonvoy
