Prevent that specific guests with unbalanced bills are not able to check in at Operator kiosks
For example the guest has an open bill from a previous stay and could not be charged via merchant, so we want to make sure that this specific guest won't be able to do the check in via Operator and will be forced to check in at the reception.

Age-based pricing
For guests that are traveling with children, it is nice to give them a discounted price for some stay products, such as breakfast or excursions. Implementation of pricing for children can help to alleviate some of these costs for your customers and make pricing more attractive for families.

Merge company profiles
Company profiles are very important to keep track of business travelers and are used to analyze data regarding corporate stays. For this reason, it is always important to keep company details up to date. As many companies change or if there are any duplicate profiles, it could then be very useful to implement company profile merging, similar to the feature available for customer profiles. This addition can help keep all profiles up to date and encourage consolidation in your property's system.

Add a field "Document Issued By" in Operator
As the italian police requires the "Document issued by" <Country> it would be great to add this field, as mandatory, in the Operator (Kiosk)

Their should be an option to add Check-In and Check-Out parameters to a link so the customer only have to select room type and rate.

Arrival and departure date to download onto online booking form
If the arrival and departure details can be downloaded onto the online form then this would suffice for an official registration form and would eliminate the need to print a registration form on guest checkin.

Check-in can now be completely papereless. Guests can now sign digital registration cards in Navigator before arriving!Now, when guests check in online, they’ll provide all of their legally required info and their signature to create a digital registration card. Arrival and deprature date are the part of the registration card.

operator without lock screen
usage of kiosk without “lock screen”, to allow to show other things on the tablet as well (i.e. usage of ****** check-in robot)

Multiple Distributor images per space category
Include gallery of images for each space category advertised on Distributor
102 votesHello, we are happy to announce that the first version of the gallery (multiple images per space category) has just been released on desktop today (November 13, 2019).
This is the very first, simplified version of the feature and additional functions (carousel, animations, mobile support etc) will follow shortly.

User friendly datepickers / mask fields
Many users have experienced trouble with the datepickers available in Mews Navigator and Distributor. Rather than selecting years from a dropdown or typing it in a field, it is currently required that users scroll back to the correct year before they are able to select the correct month and date. Implementation of more user-friendly datepickers could both eliminate confusion and frustration, making date selection much easier.

Alternative Payment Methods in Distributor
Many clients have chosen to enable several payment types as part of their daily operations. For this reason, they would also like to allow guests to pay using the same list of accepted payment methods when booking online via Mews Distributor and also on site at the property.

Notes by department
Notes are often added to reservations and meant for a specific department. To help clarify who each message may be intended for, notes functionality could be expanded to include a field for department. This labeling could help eliminate confusion and notify each team about important information.

Chain distributor configuration
For chain properties, it may be useful to set up only one configuration to enable booking at any of your properties. Expansion of distributor configuration could enable this functionality and ease the booking process for guests who may be interested in staying at multiple locations.

Hello, I have some good news from Mews Distributor! We have just released “required phone number” functionality.
Need to contact your customers? Make phone numbers mandatory in your Distributor booking engine.
You can now decide if the Telephone field in the Distributor booking engine is required for customers. Update your Distributor configurations to enable this feature.
