Conflicting booking term tags displayed before selecting space category
When the space categories are displayed in the second step of the booking engine, it can be confusing for the guest/booker to see conflicting booking term labels. If there are different rates available, e.g. one with free cancellation and another one that is non-refundable, both of these labels (free cancellation and non-refundable) are shown before the Show rates button is clicked.
This might create the idea that both are applicable for all the rates displayed at the next step, even if the rates are correctly labeled.

Space types to be displayed according to an specific priority
Spaces are shown in the BE based on the rate group and cancellation policy. For a hostel with dorms, rooms and beds, this make the dorms and rooms to be displayed firt (more expensive) rather than the beds (less expensive) and potential customers are easily discouraged when they only look at the first elements shown. It would be helpful to choose wich space type show first regardless of the pricing configuration.

Multi property booking engine
Create a multiproperty booking engine where guests can find availability and prices for multiple properties in the same city / region / country by querying on stay dates. Currently a specific property needs to be selected, resulting in a tedious process (with 7 properties in 1 city for example) resulting in low conversion and churn.

Remove guest count in booking engine for bookable services that are independent of guest count
For a bookable service for space like parking or bike, or similar a guest /adult count doesn’t make sense. It should be possible to disable the adult count field in the booking engine for that bookable service somehow.

Datalayer with user data for 'Enhanced Conversion' on Google and Meta
Upon a completed booking, it would be helpful if MEWS creates a datalayer with the personal data from the booking (name, email, phone number, and country) that can subsequently be sent to Google and Meta as part of 'Enhanced Conversion' to better optimize advertising.

Ability to limit available languages in the booking engine
We want to restrain the possibility of the selection language in the Mews booking engine. For example, we only want that the client can utilize the English and Español version.
Can you develop a function (check box in a list for example) which permit that ?

Pictogram and accomodation type
We would like to submit a few modifications regarding the Mews Booking Engine, which is used by a variety of hotels with different concepts.
Choice of pictogram: We would like each user to have the option to select a pictogram based on the type of accommodation they manage, for example, a "house" pictogram instead of "bunk bed."

Show serviced promotions as sold out when fully booked
At our property we have limited parking spots available to our guest. At this moment the option to book a parking spot is hidden in the list of products in the engine when parking is fully booked. However, it would be great if the bookings engine could show it as sold out/fully booked. This would help us receiving fewer questions and not having to disappoint guest when we let them know they cannot park after they made their room reservation.

Request guests' home location when booking
Add an address field in the booking engine so we can understand where our guests are coming from. Also helps with marketing efforts. If the PMS can then take this data and create a report showing states/countries that had the most amount of guests, that would be amazing.

split capacity by age category or day of week
- We would like to make it possible to add a baby and a child (up to 12 yo) on some rooms, but in MEWS I can only put extra capacity for either 1 or 2 people. When I put down 2 people it gives guests the option to put two children up to 12yo in the room. Is it also possible to distinguish age groups in this capacity? So that guest can only add 1 child and 1 baby, and not two children?

"Booking Abandoned": Enable it for Availability Block Reservations Picked up in the BE
There exists a "Booking Abandoned" flow (the 15mins offset) in the booking engine configuration. However, this flow does not apply to Availability Block Reservations picked up via that same booking engine link. It would be great to consider the same rule for these types of reservations as well.

Average price for breakfast
When a reservation is done with 1 Adult + 1Child than the average price of the breakfast for both products will be displayed.Breakfast adults: 20€, Breakfast child 10€ then it displays 15€. This can be very confusing for guests + staff. It is better to display the price per each product and do not show the average price

Split payment
Be able to split payments of a reservation by amount. in the bill.
For example:
A room cost 1500 SEK. one guest want to pay 500 SEK and one guest want to pay 1000 SEK
Atm, this option is not available.

Facilitate Promotion Campaigns on booking engine and internally
It would be great to be able to
- setup public promotions / special offer campaigns like you can do on booking.com or expedia. Setup a special offer as a percentage or fixed amount discount based upon (a selection of) existing public rate, possibly with restrictions in terms of booking window and/or travel window, etc..
- setup private discounts on (a selection of) existing rates with a promo code, for example a code returning guets can enter in the booking engine to access a returning booker discount on all rates ,...

cancellation policy display on the booking engine
Currently, if the free cancellation policy is set up after the check-in time, Mews booking engine doesn't display the correct hour after which the client will need to pay the cancellation fee. So for example, our corporate rate bookings are free to cancel until 6 pm on the check-in day. However, the booking engine displays that the cancellation is free up till 4 pm on the day of arrival because the check-in time is set at 4 pm. This is not accurate and the cancellation policy shown to the clients on the booking engine is less favorable than on other…

Streamline booking engine conversions by displaying all spaces first
We've just tested conversion on the mews booking engine vs siteminder and mews is significantly lower and what appears to be the key fix is to allow the site visitors to see all bookable spaces/rooms/packages available on step 1 in combination with date selector so they can refine down to preferred room and dates. I've seen multiple other requests which suggest the same issue

Link to update credit card details
Have the possibility send a seperate, secured link just to update the credit card details (not through online check in, but prior to booking) when guests want to book through e-mail, so guests can update their cc details without having to call or send the details through email.

Package-led sales in BE
Many properties with accommodation packages (eg. spa, activities/tours etc) want the ability to first chose the package, prior to chose the room type as this could be an "early stage" upsell in the booking flow.
