Loyalty Programs - Add A Dedicated Section in Profile For Loyalty Program/s, Membership Levels, Colour-Coded Button & Hoverable Benefits
Under Internals there is currently only one Classification to select and that is 'Loyalty program'.
This is too generic, and doesn't indicate which program the member belongs to (Accor has three distinct loyalty programs) as well as which membership tier or level the guest is currently at (are they entry-level or a mega VIP platinum or diamond member)?
I would like to recommend that on the Profile screen that Files and Merge be moved down and a dedicated section for Loyalty be added, that can be fully customisable to the hotel's needs. This way we can have all programs and…

Print registration cards for date at once
It would be such a timesaver to be able to print all the registration cards for one day (/today) with one click!

We have reviewed the request to print multiple registration cards in one go for the day, this is currently possible from reservation overview report.
You can perform this action by selecting a date you would like to print the registration cards for (it can be the current date or a date in the future), click the button “Registration cards” on the top right. This will open a new tab with all of the registration cards for the date you have selected, from here you will be able to print out the registration cards.

Allowing a screensaver mode with different pictures
If the same "image" is on the screen for too long it will eventually burn in to the screen an ruin it. therefore a screensaver mode for the operater will help a lot. At the moment it bypasses the screensaver mode set in android.

Add guest number on first screen of booking engine
For a better customer journey, it would be very helpful to first choose date AND the number of persons per room, and then display all suitable rooms.
That would make the online booking process f.E. for families much easier. Once Age based Product pricing is released, it would make the booking process of packages for families (f.E. with children Skiticket and adult Skiticket) much easier to be displayed.
So the booking engine would work like this:
Date & number of people -> room category -> Rate & Products -> Overview -> Details

Mark checked out guest as returning customer in the profile information
Once the guest is checked out, it would be great that the classification gets automatic returning icon. So at the next visit, we can clearly see that its not the customers first visit.

Quotation should be able to confirm regardless to which email address it has been sent
When you send a quotation to a custom email address, the guest will not be able to see their proper quotation, this is only possible when you send it to their own email. They can not use the blue "confirm" button due to a bug in the system. Please have this fixed, it occurs many times that we have to send the quotation to another address.

Automatic settlement amount in Distributor
For automatic settlements via Mews Distributor, some users may find the total settlement amount to be unclear. Therefore, including this information in a more prominent way could be informative for all parties while also preventing any unwanted charges for future automatic transactions.

Prevent second signature from online checked in guests (Kiosk)
When a guest check in already only he still needs to sign again when using the Kiosk Check in at the property. If the guest already signed during online check in he should not be forced to sign again at the property.
8 votesThank you for raising this. This has been resolved in the latest versions of the Kiosk. Now, guest's who completed online check in are not asked to sign again at the Kiosk.

Remove automatic task for products added
When guests add a product during online check-in a task is created, we would like to be able to select whether the task creates or not and have the option to disable this automatic task from creating.

Unable to search company/TA profiles by IATA
Would be helpful to assist in selecting correct TA profile when multiple exist with the same address. Would be great to be able to locate a profile, in the PMS search bar, by IATA number

digital signature for registration cards
Digital signature for registration cards in the main Mews system.
Kiosks or pre-arrival is great, but this feature is really needed in all devices. Our teams are equipped with ipads and MS Surface laptops. For them not having this feature and having to drag the guest to the kiosk does not gives the right impression. Especially for guests who failed to check in at kiosk for whatever reason.

Adding an email-placeholder for room number
Currently, with a self check-in through Operator, the only time the guest is informed about his/her room number is at the final step of the check in.
We would like to set up an "After check-in" which the guest can look at if he/she doens´t remember the room number and no reception is there. QR code to be visible in the Before Start e-mail.
It would be great if the standalone QR code would be visible in the Before Start e-mail as well in addition to the apple wallet option so that the android users could check in more easily in the Operator kiosk as well.
