  1. Option to send a confirmation without rates. We have a lot of companies that book rooms for their guests. They, understandably, don't want their guest to know the price that was paid for the room. Now we have to make manual confirmation for these companies to forward to their guest.

    Hi everyone!


    This is already possible by implementing routing rules that send those items paid by the company directly to a company folio, instead of keeping under the guest. This is the same use-case as one must do when working with Expedia, for example.


    The routed items will not be shown to the guests, while they will still have all the information they need from the confirmation and other emails.

  2. Would be great if cancellation policies can be added in reservation details mentioned in booking confirmation received by customer.
    Like this, he is fully aware of specific cancellation policies, even if booking directly with hotel via phone or email.

  3. You really should be able to send SMS messages to guests. This very basic and available in PMS systems far less advanced than mews.

  4. Have the ability to hide rates for the online check-in. This is required for agents (wholesale) or some OTAs (packaged rates) where the rates should not be communicated to the guests.
    This should be part of the rate configuration and also affect rate display on the confirmation emails.

  5. We require the ability to customise the colours of buttons, such as "Chat with Us" or "Manage Reservation," within the email templates.

    Currently there is no option other than the default Cobalt Blue.

    This flexibility will enable us to align their design seamlessly with the visual identity of the property's website and overall brand communication.

  7. Currently, as soon as you make a modification, to any mail template, you erase the default settings for the template - which is all fine and well if you want continue customising your template and understand how to do so.

    However from time to other you would like to go back to the original settings. Would it be an idea that the default button next to the template name, could be active, such that when you engage it, the template settings would revert to default ?
