Sanitize guest profile input fields
When accidentally entered an space in front of a first- or lastname in the guest profile we would like MEWS to automatically delete this empty space.

Create and alert when guest has a different gender from the room type.
Set up an alert in Mews to notify when a guest's gender does not match the room's designated gender. For example, if a guest's profile is marked as Male but the room is designated for a Female, Mew will display an alert: "The guest's gender does not match the room type. Would you like to proceed with the check-in?"

directed to guest dashboard
The current UX/UI design and flow is not logical, at least to me. When entering a guest name into the search bar or clicking a guest name - you are taken to the profile tab instead of directly to the guest dashboard (where you can access every tab, closed bills, rebates, refunds, past stays, and future stays).
Currently, you are creating more steps than it should be - by having the page that you're being directed to - be the users profile instead of the dashboard.
If you program the backend to direct the user to the guest dashboard instead…

guest journey logging
When keeping track of a guest's journey, the notes quite often get lost in the reservation.
Therefore we would like an add-on to have a seperate guest journey, to log every step of their reservation and safe all important details.This way, we know what happened and what might be important for a next shift or for their next stay.

Bij het aanmaken van een nieuwe gast of bedrijf het kunnen plaatsen van afspraken of specifieke wensen van een gast.
Bij het aanmaken van een nieuwe reservering dat deze gegevens dan worden overgenomen. Automatisch in het veld van eigenschappen worden vermeld.

Automatically reassign room attribution when downgrading room category
When we downgrade a booking from a room of higher category to a room of lower category, the reservation stays in a high category room as if it was a reservation who was in the lower category then got upgraded. It then needs to be manually reassigned to the correct lower category.
Could you please change it so it automatically gets reassigned to a lower category room when we downgrade it ?

Share Guest Data including Stay History between properties
To enhance guest experience and returning guest recognition it is required to share guest data between properties. This includes guest historical stays, preferences and complaints for all properties and not just the local one. Staff should then be easily recognize that this guest already stayed in another property to maintain best guest service.

Ability to override unique email requirements for guests/bookers
If a company has more than one employee working from the same emaill address Mews will not allow us to create them as a guest/booker as the email address already exists. Can you create an option to override this?

Customer Classification Enhancement (Guest In House Report)
Handling of VIP's - being able to pull up a report of only Arrivals
with certain Customer Classifications (mulitple-select-drop-down in

Sync Mews notes to Enso
Please sync Mews notes to Enso without changing the reservation details. It seems redundant to change the reservation details every time I need the notes updated on a different platform. Thank you!

Flight details
It would be idea to have guest arrival flight details and departure flight details in the reservation dashboard where the check in time is. Other PMS systems do have this option. We offer airport pickup and drop off so being able to generate a report with this information will be useful.

"Send Marketing Emails" Button
Hello, most of the time, my team forgets to check the "send marketing emails" option in the profile internals when checking in through the browser. However, when using Mews Kiosk, this doesn't happen since the button is on the profile filling screen. Is there any way to have this button available in the profile section through MEWS for the Browser as well?

Gästekartei mit allen Gastprofilen nach dem Alphabet
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass alle Gästeprofile im System aufzufinden sind in einer Gästekartei. Somit kann man den vielen doppelten Profilen entgegenwirken und leichter die Profile zusammenführen ( da man direkte Daten abgleichen kann, ob es sich um die selbe Person handelt)

Doel van bezoek
DOEL van reservering is een verplicht veld met 3 prefixes (student, recreatie, zakelijk) - voor ons zorghotel niet relevant en het is niet aanpasbaar. aangezien het ook een verplicht veld is in de online kiosk hebben we daarom alle mails uitgezet. Het zou goed zijn als je daar aanpassingen in **** doen zodat het past bij het hotel.

cost center number
large company books a room for a visitor. The company wants a cost center number printed on the invoice. e.G.: HR00012345 c/o John Snow. I see there is a workaround when using a booking number in the Travelagency/OTA field, but when booking is done via OTA I can't use that work around anymore.....

Additional phone numbers & emails & whatsapp in guest profile
When merging guest profiles, only one phone number and one email is saved. Some guests use different phone numbers and emails for different purposes. We need the ability to consolidate all the guest's information on one profile. Also, a whatsapp option would be great to have. Thanks!

Mews confirmation numbers matching an OTA confirmation number (or guest checkout can at least happen with either)
We're currently experiencing an issue with our online check-in flow where the guest is uncertain about what confirmation code to enter when completing their check-in. This only applies to our OTA guests as that is a different booking confirmation number than the Mews one.
I was wondering if there is a way to make the Mews confirmation numbers match the OTA ones so that we can correct this at the source.

Transfer country code
The country code should no longer be transmitted via Channel Manager. This transmits the country of the IP address and can no longer be deleted from the profile. As a result, we have many empty addresses in the guest profiles.
