  1. Aktuell gibt es ja bereits die Modifikatoren Funktion. Diese muss allerdings immer verpflichtend aus- oder abgewählt werden. Wenn z.B. Ernährungswünsche wie "Glutenfrei" oder "Laktosefrei" gewünscht sind ist ein Modifikator nicht sinnvoll. Hiefür wären eine Art vorgefertigte "Hinweis-Vorschläge" hilfreich, um diese häufig auftretenden Hinweise nicht immer über die Tastatur eintippen zu müssen.

  2. Aktuell gibt es die Möglichkeit einen Schwellenwert zu hinterlegen. Es wäre sehr Hilfreich wenn es 2 oder mehr Schwellenwerte geben würde um nochmal eine weitere Unterscheidung zwischen Kleinstbeträgen und mittelgroßen Beträgen zu haben.

  3. Il serait très intéressant de pouvoir personnaliser nos tickets de commande afin de simplifier et de rendre plus rapide le travail en salle et en cuisine.
    Mettre d'abord l'intitulé de la commande puis le numéro de la table après.
    Pouvoir augmenter la typo de la commande serait très bien.
    Pouvoir mettre en gras "en direct" / "suite 1" / "réclame".
    Une visibilité du ticket claire permettra à toute l'équipe d'être plus rapide et d'éviter des erreurs.

  4. If you ad a % of tips or make a % of reductions, be able to rounded the invoice to the nearest 5 cents as in Switzerland with CHf the 1 cent is not existing to make 100% correct invoices

  6. For upcoming bookings in the POS, it would be really convenient if there was a date marked instead of just the time, name of the guest and cover.
    It gets utterly confusing when there are multiple seatings at the same table for following days, as all the booking will just line up. There is a higher risk of choosing the wrong guest when they are all just a mix-up, and it takes much longer time due to the need of cross checking bookings with the booking system.

  7. Currently there is a field called "Auto printer mode" which allows to select the number of tickets to be printed for each order. But this field does not work for production printers, only for receipt and cash drawer printers) and the only solution is to attach a printer several times to an outlet if an order ticket should be printed several times. This means reentering the printer definition (IP address, model, etc.) several times, as there is no way to simply duplicate a printer with a button.   8. Einen Rabatt auf ein einzelnes Produkt hinzuzufügen ist mit der Funktion "Rabatt" nicht möglich. Jedes Mal das Produkt zu bearbeiten um einen Rabatt hinzuzufügen ist sehr umständlich für unsere Servicemitarbeiter. Ich bitte daher um eine schnelle und eimfachere Handhabung für diesen Fall.

  9. We want to fully implement self-service digital ordering, where guests order items for pickup at reception. However, the current setup requires staff to manually accept and print each order in the POS system.

    This manual step creates friction, slows service, and limits the potential of in-app ordering. To solve this, we propose adding an option to auto-confirm and auto-print digital orders directly to the kitchen or bar, just like in-person POS entries.

    This simple change would:

    • Streamline operations for staff
    • Improve the guest experience
    • Unlock significant sales potential for Mews POS clients

  10. Digital orders should not need to be accepted in the POS and should instead print directly to the assigned printer. We work in a light staffed operation and constantly monitoring a tablet for orders is not efficient. I print out that is clearly visible is much easier for our operation

  12. When taking product report at the end of day it would be easier if you could set a default for items that need to be inventoried daily ie beers, alcohol and soft drinks. So you don't for example miss one and have to do it again.

  13. We have a resort with multiple outlets (reception, restaurant, gift shop etc). When ever we sell something we have to choose the correct outlet every single time. This is somewhat annoying as our POS devices are stationary and always/99% of time tied to a particular outlet. Thus there is absolutely no need to confirm before every sales action that "yes, still the gift shop". Ideally we would select the outlet once and the system would remember that selection until changed. The current way is not very user-friendly.

  14. The possibility of changing the design of the reciepts for the guests would be much appreciated. At least just the top picture, which by now just is an extract from a google maps-like overview of the area. This does not look very professional - the company logo, for instance, would be much more applicable.
    Also, as others have mentioned, it would be much more professional is the products in the bundles could not be shown by default, as I don't think this necessarily is relevant info for the guests. Especially not if the bundle is made up by split products…

  15. Currently there is a field "Business hours" in the Outlet definition. Why not enhancing this field to enter Outlet start and end times, and automatically open and close outlets depending on business hours.

  17. Wanneer je op betalen klikt, is er nu maar 1 mews betaal terminal zichtbaar. Ik heb begrepen dat er nu geen functie is om er twee te selecteren in dit betaalscherm (naast cash, aanbieding verzenden, etc.) - dit lijkt een gemiste kans gezien vast meer bedrijven twee mews terminals gebruiken! ;)

  19. I will waiters keep forgetting to log off can you put a 15 second timer on the tablets which logs them off automatically?

    This will ensure the right is getting the credit for the order.

  20. Currently you need to define separate shortcut grids for Smartphone devices and Pad devices. This means double work when adding new products, and risk of inconsistencies between both device types.
