suite au développement de ancv de leur paiement connect avec chipie for e-commerce j'aimerais bien offrir au client la nouvelle possibilité de paiement de leur séjour avec leur chèques vacances ANCV directement en ligne via the ancv shopID. this would mean that beside the credit card paiement they could choose to pay online with the reservation with a connection to ancv directly their reservation over mews distributor. you can call the connection team of ancv +339693206163 votes
"Access token," and "Client token" sound confusing to me.
I propose changing these names to "Specific token" and "Global token" respectively.2 votes
I guess this is a bug in the API.
The call never returns any CompanionIds within a reservation. The companions have been added both, by API Call and via the MEWS frontend1 vote
Booker for Distributor: The email address should not be a mandatory field as the assistants do not know each single email address of all employees they are doing reservations for. At the moment they are using the same email address for different guests. So the guest profiles are overwritten anytime. If we are creating reservations manually, the email address is also not a mandatory field. It should be enough to have the email address of the booker. That is the only way to use the distributor valueable for corporate guests.3 votes
for all booking done by booker, you can now configure whether the guest e-mail is mandatory or optional.
We recommend to keep guest’s e-mail required but if you need to set guests e-mail optional, here is how to do it:
1. Go to Settings > Stay > Distributor configurations and select the configuration from the list.
2. In the configuration scroll down to field:
“Guest email (when booker is not a guest) *” and select “Optional” option.
With this set up only booker’s e-mail will be required on the “Details” page.
Have a great day,
The hotel should be notified by email when a guest makes a modification or cancelation of his booking on Mews Distributor (same logic as when a guest makes a booking).15 votesAneta responded
Thank you for your feature request. In the description is mentioned that “hotel should be notified by email when a guest makes a modification or cancelation of his booking on Mews Distributor”.
Guest cannot cancel the bookings or modify them in Distributor as they are not logged in and thus there is nothing to notify about in Commander.
Can you please clarify in comments what is the desired functionality you want to achieve? Or how would you like to improve your operations in this matter?
Have a great day,
It would be very useful if we were able to export to Excel the customer profiles (filtered by company name). The goal is to have a clean data base for emailing segmentation.
We can add the company in the profile but there is no use behind this.4 votes
Be able to pull information about product rules that are set up in the system.
This will give an overview of the products that are getting attached to the certain rate, segment, rate group, space category or space type in Mews9 votes
Packages in Mews are created by applying product rules to rates. These rules define which and how many products are added/removed from a given reservation. You can now retrieve all product rules configured at a property using the Get all rules endpoint.
Currently, an integration partner can listen to Websocket notifications to receive real time updates on reservations, command, and space events.
It would be nice to match this in the Webhook options2 votes
We should be able to retrieve and use the guest preferred space features with the customer profile using the API. This would allow the guest to update these information from external integrations and this data could be used to offer customized services according to these preferences, like available spaces to offer in case the guest want to change its assigned space6 votes
In our MEWS Distributor we have a widget comparing our prices with booking.com / expedia / hotels.com: "Book online, get more"
I would like to be able to change this text. I would like to change it into "Book online, pay less" and change "prices" in "rates"2 votes
iDeal is an external payment type in Mews Commander, however we cannot send an external payment via the API with this payment type and has to be listed in the notes.12 votes
Opted-in customers from Mews, if changed to Opted-Out on Mews doesn't get captured correctly and amended across to Mailchimp2 votes
allow developers to control whether a reservation is (un)locked via the api (i.e. allow changing the AssignedSpaceLocked property using /api/connector/v1/reservations/update)13 votes
Hold reservation source data when creating reservations via connector. At the moment source is simply listed as connector. But we need to show whether that researvaton source was email, phone, onsite etc. Currently we are using Salesforce API via connector to create reservations but losing this data.2 votes

Get All Accounting Items: doesn't have a Service ID filter like Get All Reservations does. Once Spacetime launches: as we are filtering Reservations to show only the Accommodation/Stay bookings, we also want to only receive the Accommodation/Stay accounting items. As a single Accounting Category ID can be shared amongst multiple services, if we can't filter by Service Id we may end up including postings in Accommodation reporting that shouldn't be included.1 vote
Having the ability to pull the Manager's Report in Mews via the Connector API instead of setting up an export schedule.10 votes
Thanks for your votes!
You’re able to get your reports through Scheduler or through calculating it based on data provided in Connector API.
Due to performance challenges we are not considering to provide reports via Connector API.

Would be a nice-to-have if the
[PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/reservations/updateIntervalaccepted an array of
ReservationIdsso that we could make one request to perform a batch update instead of making several requests.
The Update reservation endpoint allows for updating the Start & EndUtc of a batch of reservations with a single request.
[PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/reservations/updateCustomerendpoint only accepts a single
If it could accept an array of
ReservationIdsthis would allow us to perform batch updates of customers on a selection of reservations in a single API request as opposed to many repeated requests.
I suggest to use as model the way Booking.com extranet manages restrictions, directly from the calendar.
This will still allow the creation of restrictions for a period, but it will also make it simple and quick to modify a restriction for single dates or spaces or fare; for example setting up a different min stay for 2 consecutive Saturdays.
It will also avoid having to check if in a certain period, or date, there are too many restrictions overlapping that could create confusion.5 votes
