  1. Get All Accounting Items: doesn't have a Service ID filter like Get All Reservations does. Once Spacetime launches: as we are filtering Reservations to show only the Accommodation/Stay bookings, we also want to only receive the Accommodation/Stay accounting items. As a single Accounting Category ID can be shared amongst multiple services, if we can't filter by Service Id we may end up including postings in Accommodation reporting that shouldn't be included.

    You’re able to get your reports through Scheduler or through calculating it based on data provided in Connector API.

    Due to performance challenges we are not considering to provide reports via Connector API.

  3. We should be able to retrieve and use the guest preferred space features with the customer profile using the API. This would allow the guest to update these information from external integrations and this data could be used to offer customized services according to these preferences, like available spaces to offer in case the guest want to change its assigned space

  4. Would be a nice-to-have if the [PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/reservations/updateInterval accepted an array of ReservationIds so that we could make one request to perform a batch update instead of making several requests.

  5. Currently the [PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/reservations/updateCustomer endpoint only accepts a single ReservationId

    If it could accept an array of ReservationIds this would allow us to perform batch updates of customers on a selection of reservations in a single API request as opposed to many repeated requests.

  6. Paypal is an external payment type in Mews Commander, however we cannot send an external payment via the API with this payment type and has to be listed in the notes.

  7. I suggest to use as model the way Booking.com extranet manages restrictions, directly from the calendar.
    This will still allow the creation of restrictions for a period, but it will also make it simple and quick to modify a restriction for single dates or spaces or fare; for example setting up a different min stay for 2 consecutive Saturdays.
    It will also avoid having to check if in a certain period, or date, there are too many restrictions overlapping that could create confusion.

  10. [PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/products/getAll to contain a filter for "Offer to customer" products or to contain the flag in the response so that an integrator can understand which products are destined for customer sale and which are internal use only

  11. To retrieve a guest reservation during a remote check-in, the customer often use his name and/or email, and/or its 3rd party booking number (e.g. booking.com or other booker external number).

    Currently reservation lookup by customer name or email can be accomplished with:

     1.  A first http call to lookup for the customer ID using his name or email
    
    2. A second one to get the reservation using this customer ID.

    And reservation lookup by name, email and/or 3rd party booking number can also be achieved by:

     1.  An http call to retrieve all the reservations within a date range (and

    You can fix this by calling GetAllCustomers (where you can filter by email, first name, last name) and then fetch all companionships by Customer Id. Lastly you can load Reservations that already contain 3rd party booking number

  12. Connect to RemoteLock - with contactless being the standard, many US hotels are moving to pin/door code locks and would be great to seamlessly integrate code generation, and include in welcome email.

  15. Nikki here, reaching out from Zapier Support. One or more of our mutual customers has requested a new feature in your app.

    Specifically, they'd like to be able to trigger a Zap off when a new guest checks in at a Mews kiosk (in order to send notifications to their team that the guest has arrived).

  16. At the moment it is possible to add a note to a reservation when creating it. It is not possible to update the note, but that's already covered here(https://feedback.mews.com/forums/919087-marketplace-app-store-integrations/suggestions/36660829-connector-api-update-reservation-with-notes).

    Since a reservation can have multiple nodes it would be really nice if we had a create note endpoint which can add extra nodes to a reservation.

    The value of the Notes of a reservation can be retrieved via Get all reservations. Using Update reservation, that value can be extended to include any additional notes to be added to the reservation.
