"Access token," and "Client token" sound confusing to me.
I propose changing these names to "Specific token" and "Global token" respectively.2 votes
I guess this is a bug in the API.
The call never returns any CompanionIds within a reservation. The companions have been added both, by API Call and via the MEWS frontend1 vote
Booker for Distributor: The email address should not be a mandatory field as the assistants do not know each single email address of all employees they are doing reservations for. At the moment they are using the same email address for different guests. So the guest profiles are overwritten anytime. If we are creating reservations manually, the email address is also not a mandatory field. It should be enough to have the email address of the booker. That is the only way to use the distributor valueable for corporate guests.3 votes
for all booking done by booker, you can now configure whether the guest e-mail is mandatory or optional.
We recommend to keep guest’s e-mail required but if you need to set guests e-mail optional, here is how to do it:
1. Go to Settings > Stay > Distributor configurations and select the configuration from the list.
2. In the configuration scroll down to field:
“Guest email (when booker is not a guest) *” and select “Optional” option.
With this set up only booker’s e-mail will be required on the “Details” page.

Thank you for your feature request. In the description is mentioned that “hotel should be notified by email when a guest makes a modification or cancelation of his booking on Mews Distributor”.
Guest cannot cancel the bookings or modify them in Distributor as they are not logged in and thus there is nothing to notify about in Commander.
Can you please clarify in comments what is the desired functionality you want to achieve? Or how would you like to improve your operations in this matter?

It would be very useful if we were able to export to Excel the customer profiles (filtered by company name). The goal is to have a clean data base for emailing segmentation.
We can add the company in the profile but there is no use behind this.4 votes
Be able to pull information about product rules that are set up in the system.
This will give an overview of the products that are getting attached to the certain rate, segment, rate group, space category or space type in Mews9 votes
Packages in Mews are created by applying product rules to rates. These rules define which and how many products are added/removed from a given reservation. You can now retrieve all product rules configured at a property using the Get all rules endpoint.
Currently, an integration partner can listen to Websocket notifications to receive real time updates on reservations, command, and space events.
It would be nice to match this in the Webhook options2 votes

Hold reservation source data when creating reservations via connector. At the moment source is simply listed as connector. But we need to show whether that researvaton source was email, phone, onsite etc. Currently we are using Salesforce API via connector to create reservations but losing this data.2 votes
