We need to have possibility to get an CreatedUtc and an UpdatedUtc on accountingItems.
Could you please update your API which would allow us to get this dates ?Thanks !!

Endpoint accountingItems/getALL: return "external Identifier" field in PaymentItems
In MEWS GUI, PaymentTab of Customers' profile, we can add external payment and fill "external identifier" field on this external payment.
But this field is not available uisng API.

Confirmed Date of Reservation
It would be great if we could get the Confirmed Date from a Reservation out of the API. Mews shows this in their own report(s), but it's not available in the Connector API.

Ability to cancel Accounting items
We are able to create new accounting items (creating an order, adding a product to a reservation) but we cannot "Cancel" those items afterwards.
We have an integration that creates items and we keep a reference to them, but we don't have the ability to cancel them when our own data requires it, so we get de-synced.
Would it be possible to have this operation available through Connector API? It is something that can already be done in Mews Commander with the click of a button.

Original Currency in Accounting Items
When downloading Accounting Items through the API, it would be very useful to see the original currency and original amounts as well. We have some internal processes, where we need to see the original transaction details.
One additional "section" in orderItems: OriginalAmount

For the Virdee Kiosk connection, would like the kiosk to have access to housekeeping status as well as reassign rooms for guests checking in. For example, if guest is checking in to Room Type A, but their assigned room is not ready, the kiosk can then reassign the guest to a Vacant Clean Room for the same room type.

As the integration is owned and built by Virdee, we would recommend to get in touch with them directly and share this feature request with them!

Include CompanyId in Availability Blocks API
When adding and fetching availability blocks data from Mews via the Connector API, it seems that the CompanyId parameter is missing from the Availability Blocks object, which can be a problem when trying to sync all data and/or when trying to filter or sort availability blocks by Company. Often times, the availability blocks are related to corporate contracts and therefore it is important that a third party system is able to link availability blocks in Mews to a company. Vacant / Occupied added to Resource State
It is extremely useful to qualify Resource Dirty / Clean / Inspected States with occupancy status.
As it is to resolve occupancy Status, reservation’s arrival and departure dates must be queried for the Resource against current date.
If the current date falls within arrival and departure then the occupancy can be resolved by Reservation State
Started means occupied, anything else means vacant.
Is there a simpler way to do it?

Expose "Reservation Source" field via API
It would be useful to add the new field "Reservation Source" to the API as many hotels use it interchangeably with "Channel Manager" to indicate channel information.

SendEmail in reservations/cancel endpoint

We need a flag to tell mews not sending the cancellation email when we're cancelling a reservation through the "reservations/cancel" endpoint.

The new messages functionality is a huge improvement for guest communication. It would be very useful to have additional options like archive/delete, mark as unread and star messages from customers (or internally).

Return the Accounting Category configured for each product in Mews
Right now, one can fetch all products that have been created/set up under a Bookable or an Additional Service in Mews.
All information are returned, except for the Accounting Category that has been assigned to the product.
This creates additional manual work where the property will have to set up the accounting category mapping twice (once in Mews and again in the 3rd party platform - e.g. an Upselling solution), and keep that manually updated in both, or the user has to omit the accounting category setting in the Product in Mews and use the 3rd party platform as the…

Guest info webhook for Virdee
Virdee does not receive updates to guest contact information from Mews. This is due to a limitation in the API on the Mews side. If a guest contact (name, phone or email) changes In Mews, then it must manually be changed in the Virdee dashboard.

Reservation Origin Details Filter
All reservations are coming through as Channel Manager and does not break out CHM Booking Engine (Website). The filter by Reservation Source is also not granular enough. Normally a Reservation Source Report would break out GDS by Channel, Booking Engine (non-Mews) and OTA's by Channel. Also not reflecting in Mews Analytics. We need better more granular data from our Channel Manager for proper internal reporting.
Are we not receiving this data from Channel Managers as the original origin of the bookings and passing it on to Mews?
