Identifier email and names
Is it possible to change the identifier from email to the actual guest name in Mews? When travel agent books, they use the same email account to make new bookings. When a new booking comes in from a agent in Synix or through our booking links the names of the actual guest changes. Since the system considers the email address the identifier, when the travel agent sends new reservations with the same email and a different name, the existing profile will be updated including the reservations it is connected with.
Enable integration of ResGlobalInfo, especially bookers email address. This details is currently sent from SiteMinder but not utilized which leads to number of issues, ie. booker not getting check-in/confirmation instructions. Not able to automate contacting the guest with any booking changes.
