Virdee does not receive updates to guest contact information from Mews. This is due to a limitation in the API on the Mews side. If a guest contact (name, phone or email) changes In Mews, then it must manually be changed in the Virdee dashboard.4 votes

Hey Mewsers, Good News! We started working on your feature request and the ability to Integrate Mews terminals to POSs will be available soon. Please note that we will first be running a few pilots and also reaching out to multiple POSs to update their connections to enable this functionality. So it may still take some time to come to fruition. However, it’s in the works!
Currently, an integration partner can listen to Websocket notifications to receive real time updates on reservations, command, and space events.

Within Mews, there is a messaging hub where users can have two way conversations with guests.
By adding messaging to the Connector API, integrators would be able to push in messages and receive messages. For example, a chatbot.57 votes
