Filter by Space Name when calling rooms from connector API
For the connector API it is necessary to retrieve all rooms each time an API Call is made to pull the space feature, this is quite a heavy call for TSH as some hotels have 700 rooms.
Could Mews consider to introduce a filter by room name ideally?
This way Ireckonu or another integrating partner does not need to pull all rooms each time.

Being able to look on an invoicenumner without having to enter start and end date
Now you always need to enter a period when you are looking for a bill (bills/getall). And the period cannot exceed 3 months. If we do not know when an invoice was issued, we just have the number, it is not easy to find.

Option for customers to make a charity donation at the Summary or Check Out page
Adding an option for guests to make a donation (multiples of $2) to a selected charity (Red Cross or Regional Fire Association etc) at the booking Summary or Check out stage of their booking; similar to airlines and PayPal booking portals. Funds to be paid direct to the Charity bank account with your company reference for reporting.

Zapier: New guest kiosk checkin
Nikki here, reaching out from Zapier Support. One or more of our mutual customers has requested a new feature in your app.
Specifically, they'd like to be able to trigger a Zap off when a new guest checks in at a Mews kiosk (in order to send notifications to their team that the guest has arrived).

Change access and client token names to clearer-sounding ones
"Access token," and "Client token" sound confusing to me.
I propose changing these names to "Specific token" and "Global token" respectively.

Batch update reservation interval
Would be a nice-to-have if the
[PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/reservations/updateInterval
accepted an array ofReservationIds
so that we could make one request to perform a batch update instead of making several requests.Thanks!

Currently the
[PlatformAddress]/api/connector/v1/reservations/updateCustomer
endpoint only accepts a singleReservationId
If it could accept an array of
ReservationIds
this would allow us to perform batch updates of customers on a selection of reservations in a single API request as opposed to many repeated requests.Thanks!

Connector API: Add an AssignedSpaceCategoryID element to the Reservations extent.
Currently, you have BookedSpaceCategoryID in the Reservations extent. Clients are much more interested in, what room did the guest actually stay in.
Technically, we can use the AssignedSpaceID, and go back through the Spaces extent to find out the AssignedSpaceCategoryID, but it would be cleaner if the Reservations extent itself contained both the Booked Category and Stayed Category IDs.

Reservation Updates
Websocket reservation should get triggered when owing, master Booker updates. Also good to have it triggered if space status of the reservation is updated.
Issue: Currently it is only triggered when dates, status is changed.
2 votesThe response to Get all reservations includes the unique ID of the resource(space) the reservation is set in. There is a Space event websocket which allows partners to monitor all resource status changes (Clean, Dirty, Inspected). The body of the event contains the unique ID of the resource, allowing partners to match it up with resource IDs of any reservation.

Connector API:Update Reservation to include Segment
In Mews, you're able to attach a segment to a reservation, via the Connector API it is currently not possible for an integrator to update a reservation to have a segment. With this development it could be possible.
