  2. One daily report pick up that shows occupancy, adr and revenue by segment, with dates ranges at past and future. for example, the create date, from the 1st of january to 31st of december

  3. Consumption date of once products is not shown on the Guest in house report. This report is used by the F&B team to determine whether a specific guest has purchased breakfast or not on a particular day. Product report does not show room numbers and therefore cannot be used when guests come to the restaurant.

    Please add the consumption date of "Once" products so it can be easily visible on a single report without needing to add notes.

    We are very happy to inform you that we have officially released a new filter in the Guest in house report, that will allow you to view products consumed during the report’s selected interval.

  4. This idea is about extending guest segmentation in Manager Analytics.

    The North American market needs to be able to report not only by country but also by state/province/city.

    This will allow for greater insight into which markets produce and allow for more targeted marketing to a specific region.

    This takes into consideration the regional differences such as holidays.

  5. Ability to set customized reports as favorites in Manager Analytics. I find the Mews reports very difficult to use, and on my system, it takes very long to change report settings. It would be helpful if we could set reports as standard with the data data we need. Furthermore, have easier to use options to search for specific dates so we can quickly draw data for a particular period. Thank you.

  6. In Mews analytics credit card reporting, please include the settlement Id so we can have a singular report to reference across our payouts from all the properties in our chain daily.

  7. It would be good if on the Check-out report we could change the date we are looking at. It would mean that we could print out the check-out report the night before for housekeeping.

  8. The "bookings" section of the Manager analytics is already great. We should however break down the time units and add in months, e.g "Company A" has produced 50 room nights in August 2020 compared to 40 roomnights in July 2020. Custom periods are amazing but breaking it down into months will help the user experience (less clicks) - especially the Sales department.

  14. In the reservations report, I would like to be able to group by Date (not arrival or departure date)
    I would also like to be able to group by multiple factors.
    E.g. Group by both date and by rate code

  15. It would be great to have overview of „negative“ pick-Ups, so cancellations in the Pick Up Analytics tool. Even on the Dashboard, so you have a perfect overview of positive (bookings) and negative (cancellation) pick ups. As a reference: Pace is doing it in their pick up report

  16. In the activity report, it seems like we only display the top 10 employees by amount of "activities" performed (descending). Have tried to export the report to Excel, but it does not seem to show a break-down per employee (i.e. no employee names were displayed) only total by hour & day of week.

  17. Before 25th of October in Mews Analytic properties could see all the dates they set up the report for. However, after 25th the empty lines are hidden and reports is shown only from the Live date in Mews

  18. although my profile is set up correctly with british language and britisch culture, Mews is STILL showing me american dates. this is apparent in analytics as well as confirmations i email.
    i have asked in the past to get this solved but nobody seems to be interested.

  19. There is no picked vs. unpicked status within confirmed group reservations.
    This is a pain when creating your forecasts, and predicting your unexpected wash of a group block.
    Hard to communicate to management.

  20. Add some more options on the cancellations report to be able to forecast the expected number of cancellations for a period of time, an event, or similar. Ideas...

    1) report based on consumption date instead of cancellation date : the intention is to analyze how far in advanced from arrival date are we getting cancellations so we can forecast the number of rooms we can overbook.
    2) filter by day of week to find trends based on which days of the week do we receive more cancellations, or which days of the week are most impacted by cancellations (day of…
