Mews Analytics: Include room nights OTB and pickup in the Manager Analytics YoY details
Include room nights OTB not only the OCC in the Manager Analytics YoY details and also include the Pickup made the last -1 day, -3 days, -7 days, -14 days, -30days by using filters.

Pickup of Cancellations
It would be great to have overview of „negative“ pick-Ups, so cancellations in the Pick Up Analytics tool. Even on the Dashboard, so you have a perfect overview of positive (bookings) and negative (cancellation) pick ups. As a reference: Pace is doing it in their pick up report

Activity Report displays only 10 employees
In the activity report, it seems like we only display the top 10 employees by amount of "activities" performed (descending). Have tried to export the report to Excel, but it does not seem to show a break-down per employee (i.e. no employee names were displayed) only total by hour & day of week.

Mews Analytics Timeline View
Before 25th of October in Mews Analytic properties could see all the dates they set up the report for. However, after 25th the empty lines are hidden and reports is shown only from the Live date in Mews

american v. british date set up
although my profile is set up correctly with british language and britisch culture, Mews is STILL showing me american dates. this is apparent in analytics as well as confirmations i email.
i have asked in the past to get this solved but nobody seems to be interested.2 votesHello from the Mews product team.

Extra group by value settings
In the reservations report, I would like to be able to group by Date (not arrival or departure date)
I would also like to be able to group by multiple factors.

There is no picked vs. unpicked status within confirmed group reservations.
This is a pain when creating your forecasts, and predicting your unexpected wash of a group block.

Cancellations Forecasting
Add some more options on the cancellations report to be able to forecast the expected number of cancellations for a period of time, an event, or similar. Ideas...
1) report based on consumption date instead of cancellation date : the intention is to analyze how far in advanced from arrival date are we getting cancellations so we can forecast the number of rooms we can overbook.

Occupancy percentage in Manager Analytics
In Manager Analytics when selecting a specific Space Category type, the occupancy percentage will be shown based on the total number of rooms within this category only.
Is it possible to implement a way to see the occupancy of the selected category based on the total number of rooms in the property?
This is useful for hotels to calculate the RevPar afterward.

Please fix bug: Incorrect data due to 'parent rooms'
Get a correct number of spaces when creating a parent room consisting of to existing rooms. MEWS now counts 2 connecting rooms, as 4!

Allow people without Mews account to access Mews Analytics
This idea is about allowing people to access Mews Analytics without having access to the rest of the system. This could be used by external partners of the group or property.

FINANCIAL ANALYTICS -> FILTER BY ASSIGNED SPACE
Add filter option by "Assigned Space" to the Financial Analytics dashboard (and why not also to Manager Analytics dashboard).
For property managers, it is a crucial feature as filtering out financial data on a property level is key. And for property managers, an Assigned space = A property. And I can bet you will get more and more property managers as clients :)
For hotels, this allows to track metrics on a room level.
As the data is readily available in the database it shouldn't be difficult to implement, it's just a PowerBI set up.

Reservation Report filtered by: Group by Customer's Country address
These filter does not provide enough detail to inform you where your guest's are arriving from.
It would be very helpful to have the Reservation Report include the City and Country details for the guest. Where the guests are from can often be a conversation starter for the front desk staff, especially if they have travel experience/knowledge.
Also, at this time of COVID, it is also helpful to know if the guest is from a locked down or red zone area.

Better statistics Report
The costumer stat. report does not take all arriving or inhouse profiles, but all profiles regardless of status. This means that it includes a lot of profiles that are "unknown" "N.N", or "pax two" which is a lot of work to clean up. It would be better for the report to only count guests who were actually staying at the hotel.

Ageing factor in Mews Analytics
Financial analytics - open invoices. I see that you have the ageing periods in there. The only thing that is really still missing here is 1 amount: the ageing factor. Is there any chance that you would develop this. For those who are not familiar with this terminology; the ageing factor= SUM(outstanding amount*nr of days outstanding per invoice) divided by total amount outstanding.
This factor (1 number) gives an immediate glance of your accounts receivable status. Back in the days hotels were always aiming to be around the number of 34.

Show pickup by created time, not just date
I would like to see what my pickup was at a specific reservation creation time not just date. This allows me to see what was on the books yesterday rather than just today.

Mews Analytics : Shortcuts on all analytic pages
If you are in Management analytics and you want to go to Pickup Analytics, you need to go via the burger menu again and select Pickup + ReEnter the Filter on all pages. It would be nice to have shortcuts on the screen to switch to all analytics keeping the'Filter on all pages'
