MEWS messaging integration with Bookboost
As Bookboost is the channel for centralizing your messaging via several channels, like Facebook and your website chat etc., it would be perfect if the messaging of MEWS could be integrated as well. As Booking.com is exploring the same, this would be perfect for hoteliers to have all messaging in one program.

Channel: mapping once products
It should be possible to map products to the channel, which are charged once per person and once per stay. Otherwise we are not able to sell our packages online, which include like one massage per guest during the stay.

Program Card keys with a larger time window than official checkout time
Mews programmeert middels Ambiance de kaartsloten. De programmering is de exacte tijd van de reservering. Dat is onwerkbaar. Als checkout om 10.00 uur is kunnen kaarten niet stipt om 10.00 uur vervallen, dan staan constant alle gasten aan de balie omdat ze hun kamer niet meer inkunnen. Wij willen graag standaard: checkintijd -/- 2 uur en checkout tijd +2 uur. Kan dat aangepakt worden?

Manual push inventory on multiple accounts (channel manager or direct Booking.com)
Would be great to have a button where we can manually push inventory from Mews to all linked account (channel manager or multiple Booking.com ones). As of now we have to go on the Marketplace and each Booking.com account to do this manual push.

Children count
When a booking is received from Booking.com or from a channel manager (in our case Rentals United, I don't know for others), we should get the number of children inserted automatically into Mews. It has impact on bedding and city tax.
As of now we have to go manually in each booking of each platform and manually insert the number into Mews.3 votesHi Mewsers,

Multiple email addresses to receive channel manager notifications
The possibility to add multiple email addresses in the notification email field of the channel manager integration. Sometimes revenue management and front office want to receive these alerts and if we are able to put more addresses that would solve the challenge.

Booking.com: Add customer preferred language in Mews
In some cases, Booking.com has the preferred language of the guest. Would you like us to add the guest language to the Customer Profile in the Mews Commander?
