  1. Is there a plan to program an interface to Dirs21 or maybe there is already one?
    I know, that there are a lot of CM and Dirs21 is almost for the german market interesting.
    But a Dirs technican told me, that there is or was a contact between MEWS and them...

  3. Currently, the Channelmanager API does not support the field title, so the channel manager cannot transmit the title/gender of a reservation.

    When trying to send a pre-stay email to this guest, it is then impossible to have a proper salutation in German, as it would require the title (Sehr geehrter HERR/FRAU ...).

    Please add a field Title to the channel manager API as it is already present in the Connector API.

  6. It would be great to be able to turn off auto emails from Mews to the reservations made via our direct connection with Booking. The guests receive these emails, thinking they are from Booking, which confuses them.

  8. Hi, we have the integration with Google Hotels but we realized that we are not able to check the production because the booking will look like all other Distributor bookings. Can you help in developing some indication or is there any other easier way? Thank you, Michael Hrebicek

  10. Attach profile to Booker field via Channel manager integration.
    Currently the "Booker" is being added as the owner of the reservation, but as some OTAs and Custom Booking engines allow for a Booker (as it exists in Mews) to be added, this needs to be mapped to the right profile field.

  11. Currently the API between Synxis and Mews does not pull through marketing data. We would request that this feed is developed so that we can utilise information that is being captured in Synxis but not feeding through to mews.

    Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, this request will not be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered. Such functionality is not supported across many Channel managers, so it will be limited just to a few; and also it has not received enough upvotes.

  19. It should be possible to map products to the channel, which are charged once per person and once per stay. Otherwise we are not able to sell our packages online, which include like one massage per guest during the stay.

  20. When you are in a channel manager rate in the channel manager mappings and you click the 'X' in the top left it puts you back to the main channel manager settings page rather than the list of channel manager rates.

    When you're trying to delete a space category you need to unmap it from the channel manager rates first, if you have a lot of rates this becomes very time consuming when it's putting you back to the main page each time.

    Generally this could be made easier with an "unmap from all rates" button
