Channelmanager API Submit Title
Currently, the Channelmanager API does not support the field title, so the channel manager cannot transmit the title/gender of a reservation.
When trying to send a pre-stay email to this guest, it is then impossible to have a proper salutation in German, as it would require the title (Sehr geehrter HERR/FRAU ...).
Please add a field Title to the channel manager API as it is already present in the Connector API.

Marketplace: Directly connect to Booking.com
Mewsers who list their property on Booking.com must connect this channel via a channel manager. Mews are exploring the option to directly connect Mews to Booking.com to avoid the need of having a Channel Manager in the middle.
Supported features of this connection would be:
Availability, Restrictions and Inventory pushed to Booking.com .
Reservations downloaded every 30-60 seconds.
For newly onboarded properties, automatically import future Booking.com reservations when you enable the integration for the 1st time.

Channel: mapping once products
It should be possible to map products to the channel, which are charged once per person and once per stay. Otherwise we are not able to sell our packages online, which include like one massage per guest during the stay.

This connection would allow for properties to use TripAdvisor as a distribution channel by allowing clients to book directly on TripAdvisor without having to go through the property page and the connection will send all the relevant customer and billing information directly into Mews when the transaction is complete.

Multiple email addresses to receive channel manager notifications
The possibility to add multiple email addresses in the notification email field of the channel manager integration. Sometimes revenue management and front office want to receive these alerts and if we are able to put more addresses that would solve the challenge.

Manual push inventory on multiple accounts (channel manager or direct Booking.com)
Would be great to have a button where we can manually push inventory from Mews to all linked account (channel manager or multiple Booking.com ones). As of now we have to go on the Marketplace and each Booking.com account to do this manual push.

Children count
When a booking is received from Booking.com or from a channel manager (in our case Rentals United, I don't know for others), we should get the number of children inserted automatically into Mews. It has impact on bedding and city tax.
As of now we have to go manually in each booking of each platform and manually insert the number into Mews.3 votesHi Mewsers,

Make editable the "cancellation reason" when imported from Channel Manager.
The imported Reason from cancellation made via channel are:
