Automatic failed payment email with manually charged bookings
At the moment the guests only receive a failed payment email when you have set all your rates to be charged automatically. When set to manual charge, it does not send the guest an email and this then also has to be done manually. The system should send the guest a payment failed email even though the rates are set to manual charge.

Enable Google Linker integration to allow cross domain e-commerce tracking
For ecommerce linking in Google Analytics - currently sending a Client ID in the URL does not work as per https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cross-domain
It appears that linker is not working either (as per https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/7549390?hl=en) with a new Client ID always generated when going from client domain to mews.li to carry out an online booking.
This means session data (such as traffic source) is lost and we cannot attribute revenue to the correct channels.

Possibility to look up the information we put in the Guest profile
in costumer profiles the possibilities to look the information we put in at check in up. like the car number.

Show room size in m^2
Add the measurement of a room type as a field into the Space Categories.
This information is provided on OTA's to increase conversion on more expensive room types, but is not part of our Distributor (or Space Categories in the Commander).

Space number displayed in Guest portal
I’m traveling & staying only in Mews properties. My memory is not that great and would be amazing to see the hotel address and quick link to maps as well as after check-in show my space number. Would appreciate it as Mews hotels’ guest!

Some while ago we actually released the property address together with link to Google Maps to Navigator – guest can find it in Reservation details section.He can also download Apple Wallet to his iPhone/iWatch (iOS feature only) where he can find this info together with his reservation details. It’s very handy as it gets downloaded to his phone. If you want to provide such a feature to guests add Apple Wallet placeholder to your emails. You can find the placeholder and instructions how to add it in our guide: https://help.mews.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001840877-Set-up-emails
As space number is not displayed in Navigator yet, let me edit the name of this idea.

Booker to preview reservations in Guest Portal
It is strange that "Bookers" are not able to perform 'Confirm' or 'Cancel' actions on an Optional booking as a Booker has generally been tasked with the full flow of creating / updating reservations

Multiple Distributor images per space category
Include gallery of images for each space category advertised on Distributor
102 votesHello, we are happy to announce that the first version of the gallery (multiple images per space category) has just been released on desktop today (November 13, 2019).
This is the very first, simplified version of the feature and additional functions (carousel, animations, mobile support etc) will follow shortly.

Include requests in confirmation emails
Guests often have special requests as they make reservations, however when they receive confirmation emails with a summary of their booking details, these special requests are not included as part of those details. Therefore, adding an additional line to confirmation emails could include any additional notes that apply to those reservations, so the guests know that their requests have been received.

Make font bigger
We have recently added the competitor rate description with special offers when making bookings via our site. We'd like to know if it is possible to increase the font of this little text on the booking engine. It is barely legible and we'd like it to attract more attention.

User friendly datepickers / mask fields
Many users have experienced trouble with the datepickers available in Mews Navigator and Distributor. Rather than selecting years from a dropdown or typing it in a field, it is currently required that users scroll back to the correct year before they are able to select the correct month and date. Implementation of more user-friendly datepickers could both eliminate confusion and frustration, making date selection much easier.
