External name space types
When we use the space types in combination with the booking engine, the name of the space type is displayed very prominently in the booking proces.
When you book a house, boat, bicycle or special accommodation instead of a room, the booking engine shows it as e.g. a site.

Mandatory Fields in Mews Booking Engine
Ability to add mandatory fields in Mews Booking Engine and transfer this data into the reservation information in form of notes or tasks automatically. Example, what is mandatory now is last name, email and if selected telephone number. We would like to have the ability to have specific preferences to better enhance the guest stay such as high floor, quiet location, near elevator, ADA. Hotel logo favicon on MEWS distributor
Hey team,
It would be great if we can upload our own favicon on the MEWS distributor links.
In this way users better understand they are on the hotels brand website.
And it will help for Google Hotel Search; currently the hotels show with a green generic logo.

"Maximum persons" misleading for beds in a dorm
Hello Mews Team
As a hostel we rent out single beds in a dorm. In the booking engine those units shows as "maximum persons: 1", "available: 10". I understand the logic behind this, but many of our costumers seem to struggle with the "maximum persons: 1" bit when booking for multiple people.
Ideally we would like to have the option which of our categories show the "maximum persons" tag.

Multiple booking service in one Booking engine
At the moment every booking service has its own Booking engine. It would be great if the customer could book multiple services in one flow. For example accommodation and parking spaces at the same time.

Selecting Add on Product Early Check-in or Late Checkout Changes the Arrival or Departure Time
When selecting an early check-in or late check-out product, it would be good if the system could change either the arrival time or departure time to make the product selected. This would save time and notify us when the guest is arriving earlier rather that search to see who purchased the early arrival product.

Bed Configuration Option in Booking Engine
We have a large amount of room types that have King beds capable of being converted into Twin configuration. Rather than choosing a set amount of rooms to sell as "Twin" we would prefer to make it an OPTION for the guest to choose their bed configuration. That way the full quantity of splittable beds is available to sell on our booking engine. Additionally, from an operational perspective we know 100% which bed configuration guests require. payment method on confirmation
Include payment method "guest will pay at check-in by debitcard, creditcard or cash" - "invoice to the company for all costs" - invoice to company for roomnight, breakfast and city taxes" Should be visible for receptionist and should be shown on the confirmation.

Flexibility to add additional fields to Booking Engine
Properties are looking for more personalized experience. It's important to collect information such as allergies, personal preferences, arrival time, etc.
It would be great if there was a flexibility to add additional fields in the booking engine (arrival, allergies, preferences, occasion for the stay) and give properties flexibility to collect this important data from their guests at the time of booking.

Possibility to turn off automated e-mails for individual guests
We are expiring very unsatisfied guests who stays with us every week and is 'getting spammed with e-mails' both before and after each of their stay. We need to option to turn the automated e-mails off in the guest profile.
These e-mails should still be sent to all new guests whereas returning guests seem to get VERY annoyed by receiving the same e-mails weekly in connection with their stays.
Right now our only option is to completely remove their e-mail address from Mews which creates tons of issues with multiple guest profiles for the same guest, issues with sending confirmations…

Add condition for automatic emails
Add the possibility to add conditions for the automatic emails.
For instance, when a guest create a last minute booking and a pre-checkin email is is sent, make sure no other email is sent to fill the profil on the same day.

Allow 1password to prefill payment card details
Currently, when booking with Mews Booking Engine, it won't allow me to use the payment cards stored in 1password.
It'd be great to allow this to make the whole booking process easier.

Airbnb, Expedia & Booking.com Chat Integration
Integrate with Airbnb, Expedia and Booking.com directly including Chat API so that we can have a universal chat experience for our guests, currently we are having to use a clunky external system that provides a unified inbox.
But it would be SOOOO much better if this was integrated directly into MEWS.

disable booking engine
As this is in the marketplace for booking.com or channel manager, we would disable the connectivity with Mews booking engine.

Ignore space character at the end of an email address
A space character at the end of an email address should be simply ignored and not be producing an error message.
This is just a small thing, but well made form can handle this. :)

Parking symbol in the booking engine (instead of bed symbol)
I set up our parking slots as a bookable service.
In the Mews booking engine, the guest sees a "bed symbol" at the availability.It would be nice to have a car/parking symbol there, not a bed. :)

Promotional Code Verification
Show the guest that their promotional code had worked right when they put it in the booking engine
The guest enters the promotion code, then the next page, they are choosing a category, but it doesn’t show the promotional rate until the following page.
