Customize customer added email
Customize the 'customer added' email - currently this email goes out to every guest and does not display correctly when sent through an OTA. This is often the first email a guest receives and is vitally important to get right, the tone of voice in the existing template may not suit the hotel it's being sent from. Having the ability to customize it would make a big difference to the customer journey.
Totally agree, each hotel/hostel has it's own way of communication with their guests. Not being able to modify the text which the guest receives in his first email from the hotel/hostel is really bad and a total broken link in the customer journey. :-(

Also note, that this E-Mail is crucial for the magic-link to work later. The customization for this is also necessary for adaption to the hotels own branding.
