Send test email from within 'Mail Templates'
As the 'Mail Templates' section is already limited, a lot of HTML and other code is needed for the formatting of emails. Please give us the option within the Mail Templates section to send a test email to a custom email address.
Hello from the Mews product team. We are so pleased to let you know that your feature request has been released. Please check out our release notes - https://releases.mews.com/en. Thank you again for sharing your idea!
Now you can actually see all the preview of emails within the customization of emails.

It is highly appreciated to make the creation of E-Mail templates and design of invoices out of MEWS more comfortable, easier and more modern, also in the look and feel for invoicing and a preview of the created mail templates including a test-E-Mail function is really needed.
You create a template but you can not do a test mail immediately for each template out of the system to check what you have created….that really sucks….
Also the mail correspondences to guests are not saved in the profiles and can not be pre viewed before sending. A preview for all mails is necessary, also for mails which could not be customized completely. At the moment you don`t know what your customer will receive and you have to ask your client if he/she can send us the correspondence out of MEWS :-(

This is especially useful when you are setting up your account initially and do not have current reservations to test.
Once you have reservations, it is inefficient to go in and out of the window where you are working on the template to have to find a reservation to test it out on. This is a typical standard.

I suggested this to them when we signed up years ago and put it on the old board.
Still waiting :(
Same for also being able to adjust and preview the other automatic emails that MEWS sends.

crazy it would be any other way

100% a great idea and a standard across most other email providing services.

Absolutely needed. Should never have to push the templates live without having tested them
