  1. Create an option to upsell guests with add-ons, products, services and room upgrades during the guest journey.

    Guests should be able to book additional services, products even after they create their booking.

  2. For a better customer journey, it would be very helpful to first choose date AND the number of persons per room, and then display all suitable rooms.

    That would make the online booking process f.E. for families much easier. Once Age based Product pricing is released, it would make the booking process of packages for families (f.E. with children Skiticket and adult Skiticket) much easier to be displayed.

    So the booking engine would work like this:

    Date & number of people -> room category -> Rate & Products -> Overview -> Details

  3. When the visitor of our booking street clicks on a date on which we have no availability, he or she will receive the advice to select another date or to contact our reception (by e-mail or by telephone). Currently it is impossible to change this text.

    We notice that our reception is now receiving many calls regarding our availability. In most cases, the caller reacts with disappointment, because providing these contact details incorrectly suggests that a room is still available.

    The option to change this text would be greatly appreciated.

    we are currently changing the way how we will show no avaliability and we will put this change into it as well, so we are minimizing the impact on the property.

  4. Dear support,

    Some of our guests don't trust Mews.li. They search by google or directly on mews.li domain and see our hotelier login page which they clearly don't understand.

    It would be useful if non hotelier mews.li visitor would have more info about Mews and why they should trust mews.li.

    OR 2nd solution:

    Mews sends email from mews.com domain. problem solved :)

  5. We use resort fees at our property and have product rules in place so they are automatically attached to rate groups however this is never displayed on the distributor. It only appears once the reservation has been booked and can seem to some guests as a 'surprise fee' if they do not read the fine print.

    Would be best to have a resort fee option built or be able to include products on distributor without them being displayed as an addition to nightly rate but within the 'Fees and Taxes' section.

    The option to include price in offer does not…

  7. To place a limit on the number of rooms available to be booked in one go. Many properties consider 9+ rooms a group reservation that has different payment, cancellation and packaging rules. Currently one person could book out the entire hotel before being able to apply a dynamic rate adjustment to increasing occupancy.

  8. Show "This period of stay requires a minimum of X nights" when minimum number of nights is required to book.
    Or even better: show all room types that would be available if booking more nights.

    Hello. We are starting to work on better visualization of restrictions in Booking engine. We do not have estimated delivery yet, but we believe first small increments to release in April or earlier.

  9. Is there a possibility to modify the online check in somehow? We got a feedback from one guest that it would be nice to have a possibility to choose gender neutral as a sex and not only male and female. Or can we get the sex question off somehow? Thanks for the help!

  10. When using voucher code, only display voucher rate attached to it.
    The use case: sometimes the rate attached to the voucher code can be actually more expensive than the standard rate (corporate rate) and customer should not see the cheaper ones.
