  1. SMS messaging

    You really should be able to send SMS messages to guests. This very basic and available in PMS systems far less advanced than mews.

  2. Build Resort Fee option or allow products to not display within Nightly Rate total on distributor

    We use resort fees at our property and have product rules in place so they are automatically attached to rate groups however this is never displayed on the distributor. It only appears once the reservation has been booked and can seem to some guests as a 'surprise fee' if they do not read the fine print.

    Would be best to have a resort fee option built or be able to include products on distributor without them being displayed as an addition to nightly rate but within the 'Fees and Taxes' section.

    The option to include price in offer does not…

  3. MEWS USERS special rate

    MEWS USERS Special rates
    Would be great to have again the special offers/rates for MEWS users in properties using MEWS!
    It is an attractive benefit for employees and bonds the MEWS community.

  4. Pull Guest Information from Apple Pay to Mews

    Apple Pay stores information such as address, email, phone number on the phone of the guest. Apple Pay also allows sharing this information with 3rd party application.

    It would be great if Mews can pull this information to get the information from the guest and further automate the journey for the guest.

  5. Tracking via Facebook API Conversion or TikTok API Conversion on Mews

    Since Apple's ISO 14 update and mainly since September 2021, advertising campaigns using a simple pixel (Facebook Ads or TikTok) are less efficient. They are less efficient because we lose a lot of purchases made thanks to Facebook Ads.

    The API Conversion solution allows to counter this problem. Facebook offers the installation of API Conversion with several partners such as WooCommerce or Shopify.

  6. Alter css/HTML of {DetailsHtml}

    the {DetailsHtml} placeholder returns a very basic however css coded part, showing as a different font style (and with different colors etc) from our confirmation letter. Ideally we could alter or influence this part directly.
