Display of reservations on Navigator
The Navigator displays cancelled bookings before active ones and this is confusing also because there is no reservation number showing on this page.

Notification when email has not been delivered or possibility to export the 'mail queue items' report
It is handy to be notified when an email has not been delivered.
This means usually that the email address is incorrect, and we should contact the guest to see if they received all the information, such as the confirmation letter.Or if it possible to create an export schedule of the 'mail queue items' list/report.

A space character at the end of an email address should be simply ignored and not be producing an error message.
This is just a small thing, but well made form can handle this. :)

Disable check out button
We are a hotel without a reception in house. Because we don't have any upselling during guest stays, we don't need any manual check out button at our kiosk. People are confused about check out button. Our guest only need to leave the apartment at a certain time and put the room card into a transparent box at the exit. create custom urls
Be able to create custom URLs which can be used on our website, email marketing or when communicating with our guests where we can pre-select certain fields such as their preferred dates, room type, package, number of adults and children etc

Co-Operator Check out like Check In
Adapt the Co-Operator Check Out function so that it looks like the Check In Function ? FO teams working with Co-Operator need a dashboard view of Check outs so they can just choose a reservation to C/O without needing the guest name and room number.

Display text of "Order email template" text in the default confirmation email
When setting up space categories, we have the field "Order email template".
Unfortunately the text filled into this field is not sent in the default confirmation email.
You have to set up a custom confirmation email.My request is: Please include the "Order email template" text in the default confirmation email.

Date of birth filling by guest more intuitive and thus faster
Adding date of birth by a guest is not very intuitive at the moment. Almost every guest is taking quite some time to figure it out. So request to make this filling in more logical and intuitive.

Parking symbol in the booking engine (instead of bed symbol)
I set up our parking slots as a bookable service.
In the Mews booking engine, the guest sees a "bed symbol" at the availability.It would be nice to have a car/parking symbol there, not a bed. :)

It would be nice if you can either,
- Display "Only few rooms left" when inventory is low rather than the exact numbers all the time

Sign in / Booking engine Image
The Sign in image set under "Property" (seen in the guest portal) is also the image shown as background in the Booking Engine.
We want the option to set different Pictures.Sign In image looks best in 640x800 while Booking engine background looks best in fullscreen (1080x1920).

Online check in - mandatory to finish all guests data to finish
Online CI confirmation.
When the guest wants checked in online and he booked the room for two, online CI would not be completed in Mews without filling information for both guest. payment method on confirmation
Include payment method "guest will pay at check-in by debitcard, creditcard or cash" - "invoice to the company for all costs" - invoice to company for roomnight, breakfast and city taxes" Should be visible for receptionist and should be shown on the confirmation.

Upselling during the Guest Journey
Create an option to upsell guests with add-ons, products, services and room upgrades during the guest journey.
Guests should be able to book additional services, products even after they create their booking.

Marketing Opt in per default in the US, UK and other eligible countries
On the American market the opt in works opposite than in Europe. The guest needs to opt out in case they do not want to receive marketing. Therefore we would like to have the option in the guest profile: send marketing emails set per default for all profiles created in the US properties. The guest then needs to unsubscribe or Opt out if they dont want to receive marketing emails.
