    The feature was released and is located. The marketing opt-in check box is located at the last screen of the booking (the Details page).

The credit card details cannot be added to a reservation without having to fully update the personal data (especially passport number).As discussed in our meeting, is there a way to change the navigator, that guests can also create/update credit card details without being forced to share personal data?

    Hi Mewsers,
    in case guest is closing the bill during online check-out he is offered to fill in the Company name and the company billing address.

"Properties may want to encourage their guests to book directly through their website using Mews Distributor, however those guests may want to compare their pricing options before they book anything. Introducing a rate comparison box could help highlight discounts for reservations made through your website in comparison to the higher prices available on competitors' sites."

    Hello,

    thank all of you for picking up this topic – this feature has been released two weeks ago.

    You can find this option in Settings > Stay > Operator configurations and “Options” section.

    If you remove “Balance check enabled” tag, save and reboot tablet, all guests will be able to do checkin even with unpaid booking. And it doesn’t matter if credit card is attached to profile or not.

    We are looking forward see your feedback on this and see, how we can improve this next time.

  17. Online check-in is a great tool for properties and customers alike, which is continually expanding to include more interactive options for your guests. With one expansion, group reservations members could view all the spaces available for their booking and choose from that list to customize their experience.

  18. Many users have experienced trouble with the datepickers available in Mews Navigator and Distributor. Rather than selecting years from a dropdown or typing it in a field, it is currently required that users scroll back to the correct year before they are able to select the correct month and date. Implementation of more user-friendly datepickers could both eliminate confusion and frustration, making date selection much easier.

    You can now add pictures of your products in Distributor—start uploading so your guests can see exactly what you’ve got to offer :-)
