This one is related to the book for someone else feature recently implemented on to Mews which is great but unfortunately when a booking is made like this, it adds the person who it booked instead of who it was booked for, see timecode 1.45 in this case the booking is for Denis Avis but when you go in to the dashboard tab there is nothing added to that booking, so in order to rectify it, we need to manually add it. When searching for the booking number on the search results you get a totally different name (the person who booked it and not who it is for) for that booking number, once found it shows different information to what it was showing initially. After its moved (see video) the invoice will be marked as done even though its not, an invoice still needs to be created. for more detailed information see the video.

A button to click on that that specific guest will always receive a receipt after check out. So the guest doesnt have to ask for it every time3 votes
Their should be an option to add Check-In and Check-Out parameters to a link so the customer only have to select room type and rate.

For ecommerce linking in Google Analytics - currently sending a Client ID in the URL does not work as per https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cross-domain
It appears that linker is not working either (as per https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/7549390?hl=en) with a new Client ID always generated when going from client domain to mews.li to carry out an online booking.
This means session data (such as traffic source) is lost and we cannot attribute revenue to the correct channels.4 votes

Hello, we are happy to announce that the first version of the gallery (multiple images per space category) has just been released on desktop today (November 13, 2019).
This is the very first, simplified version of the feature and additional functions (carousel, animations, mobile support etc) will follow shortly.

To increase direct bookings they have suggested us to change the word "Check Availability" for "Book Now" at the booking engine. This way the customer unconsciously feels like reserving.
It would be great also, to allow the customer to select the number of people he wants the reservation for, not only the arrival and departure dates.3 votes

Please note some guests get confused by Rs and think it is Indian rupees which off course does not represent the same value at all. It would be very helpful if the rates could be shown as MUR instead of Rs for Mauritius. Note Booking.com already does this, I guess for the same reason.4 votes
We have recently added the competitor rate description with special offers when making bookings via our site. We'd like to know if it is possible to increase the font of this little text on the booking engine. It is barely legible and we'd like it to attract more attention.4 votes
Add the measurement of a room type as a field into the Space Categories.
This information is provided on OTA's to increase conversion on more expensive room types, but is not part of our Distributor (or Space Categories in the Commander).4 votes
