On distributor it is possible for guests to book 1 person on a Quadruple room , which results into a tariff that is lower than on a single room. This is of course not desired. It would be great if this could be setup with a restriction or (per room type) in the distributor setup.4 votes
Voucher code only shows one rate! What if you want to show rate also for half board or/and full board for the same voucher code.
Voucher code only shows one rate in the Distributor! That is a problem if you want to add several rates to the same voucher.
For example, I tried to add a choice for travel agents to choose accommodation, accommodation with half board or accommodation with full board.
Instead, now I have to send three separate vouchers and more importantly travel agents need to log in with three separate vouchers to compare the options...not ideal for a smooth workflow.7 votes

This one is related to the book for someone else feature recently implemented on to Mews which is great but unfortunately when a booking is made like this, it adds the person who it booked instead of who it was booked for, see timecode 1.45 in this case the booking is for Denis Avis but when you go in to the dashboard tab there is nothing added to that booking, so in order to rectify it, we need to manually add it. When searching for the booking number on the search results you get a totally different name (the person who booked it and not who it is for) for that booking number, once found it shows different information to what it was showing initially. After its moved (see video) the invoice will be marked as done even though its not, an invoice still needs to be created. for more detailed information see the video.

To increase direct bookings they have suggested us to change the word "Check Availability" for "Book Now" at the booking engine. This way the customer unconsciously feels like reserving.
It would be great also, to allow the customer to select the number of people he wants the reservation for, not only the arrival and departure dates.4 votes

Please note some guests get confused by Rs and think it is Indian rupees which off course does not represent the same value at all. It would be very helpful if the rates could be shown as MUR instead of Rs for Mauritius. Note Booking.com already does this, I guess for the same reason.4 votes
