  1. We need the ability for the Ledger or Reservation Report to surface future arrivals that have routed billing but still carry unpaid balances. It would be more efficient to pull that data in one place.

    This visibility allows hotels to proactively verify payment arrangements, prevent revenue leakage, and resolve billing issues before the guest arrives. Adding this filter or data point will reduce manual audits and improve operational readiness for front desk and accounting teams.

  2. All governmental and municipality has EAN numbers in Denmark for billing.
    We are setting the EAN number in billing code.
    We would like to search the company with EAN number - quick and easy.

  4. Two customer scenarios highlight gaps in the current product setup:

    Per-person products/fees (e.g., spa/massage): For spaces that accommodate multiple guests (e.g., a villa for 12), only some may use a service (e.g., 4 guests want a spa). Currently, there’s no way to select a quantity per product for partial occupancy.

    Pet fees: Customers want to charge per pet (e.g., $30 per dog) and allow multiple pets to be added. Currently, the only workaround is creating separate products for each pet count (e.g., “Pet Fee – 1 dog” $30, “Pet Fee – 2 dogs” $60), which is cumbersome.

  5. Can you make new "last minute" arrivals for today more visible on the arrivals list?

    • Arrivals made between yesterday 00:00 and today are not easy to see unless you check the reservation report, which is not user friendly in a fast pace environment.
    • Can they be marked in the system with a symbol or color or notification (or in any other way) for us to be notified on the day?

Hotel teams often need to monitor and act on bookings tied to specific rates, promotions, or space categories due to unique selling conditions (e.g., limited inventory, special packages, or compliance requirements). Currently, notifications are generic and do not allow filtering by these criteria, which can lead to missed opportunities or operational inefficiencies.

  9. Faster way to change rooms status to Inspected

    It would be great to be able to batch-update the status of rooms, this way I can select all rooms that have been cleaned and inspected and update them in just one click. It could be like the checkout feature that allows you to batch check out.

  10. When adding a product to an open bill, even though the product is linked to the reservation, if the reservation is canceleld the productstays charged. Any product that is linked to a reservation, wether it is a bookable product or not should be cancelled automatically when the reservation is cancelled.

  11. We have a bunch of big groups coming which all have the same task set up, for different departments (e.g. housekeeping and reception). It would be great to be able to make the same task once for the whole group, instead of doing 30-40 tasks individually. The same would go for if we need to make the same task for multiply departments, it would make it easier to just choose the corresponding departments.

  12. Since some days the timeline always jumps/ changes in a way that the reservation clicked on appears in the middle of the window on the left side. Also if you just want to move a reservation to another space. This is really annoying.

  13. Be able to quickly and easily export all invoices (in PDF format) for a specific period (day, week, month) with a single click.
    Currently, you have to click on each invoice, print it, and save it as a PDF.
    An individual PDF export for the desired period would make this task much easier.

  14. It would be nice to be able to quickly switch the context (bookable service) from the timeline view. Often we need to quickly look up something from the timeline in another service (parking or conference room). Currently it is necessary to go to the dashboard, switch to the other service, and then access the timeline again.

If the check in date and check out date are not in the same month, the calendar should be a continuous calendar without the requirement for manual switch to next month to be able to choose the check out date. Allow choose checkout date cross the different months on the same calendar without manually switch to next month.

  17. When a baby bed needs to be in the room, you will see it on the app behind the check-in time.

    Unfortunately, this is difficult to see.

  18. We would really appreciate having the option for parking to be automatically marked as “checked-in” once the guest checks into their room and also automatically adding the parking booked on the bill to the timeline of Parking Service.

    Currently, having to switch between services to manually check in the parking is inconvenient and time-consuming, especially during busy check-in times. Automating this step would greatly improve front desk efficiency.

    Additionally, it would be very helpful to have a “parking” icon displayed in the guest profile, so we can quickly see who has a parking spot.

When you click on the beginning date for blocked space - the calendar should automatically go to that date - instead you have to click on the calendar again to find the month/date example: the calendar automatically defaults to today's date - you have to tab thru the calendar for the date you want - then it should automatically show future dates for the end date, but it reverts back to today's date for the too. Would be nice if blocking house space worked the same way as booking a reservation - you would click on the date & space…

  20. We have only 6 units and our cleaning schedule is based on a minimum of two to clean (outsourced) - so we do not have cleaning on a daily basis. To avoid booking rooms that are not yet cleaned (or blocked for holidays when we are closed) we used the house blocked space. Unfortunately, that blocked space will cause the cleaning status to default to dirty automatically - even if you change the status back to clean - it will bump it back to dirty until after the last blocked space date - check out time.
