  2. It would be helpful if the task section had the option to add pictures when creating a task. This is essential for both cleaners and maintenance team where having a picture that shows the issue is vital.

  3. Dear colleagues,

    At this moment we can assign employees to the room but we can not cancel, it is only possible to override.

    It generous few problems:
    - in the next day room is still assigned to the same employee, a filter of the unassigned room is useless
    - everyday assignments must be made very carefully, checking when the room has been assigned, yesterday or today
    - it is not possible to make a report of an assigned room from the past, the system shows the only current assigned

  4. Fast forward to overbooked reservation in timeline

    it would be a nice feature, if we had the function to klick on the red bar (when overbooked in a category) in the timeline to fast forward directly to the (next) overbooked reservation.

    Currently we have to do it like that:

    1. Go to the Reservation report from the dashboard or Main Menu > Reservations > Reservation Report.

  5. If a guest has booked a rate that is Full board for example(dinner inluded in the rate), the POS has to recognize this and when posting a dinner for example; Mews has to allocate it to the right cost center and hide it from guest bill (because it's included in the rate)

  7. Adding this to the API will ensure that the correct name will be added in the invoice when we close the bills automatically.

  8. There should be a possibilty to round up rates as customors wish. As per example here in Switzerland the smallest coin is CHF 0.05. Some prices, e.g. set up with a percentage off the base rate, are shown as CHF 181.07

  10. Working on multiple future bookings from the timeline it does not make sense that after every refresh of the browser, the date jumps back to today. Could work great with toggle on and off fuction

  13. When orders are placed in Mews, there are often notifications sent for confirmation. However, when orders are canceled, it is more difficult to keep track of this lost revenue. Therefore, when orders are canceled, introduction of a notification e-mail could help properties stay more informed as detail of each cancellation would be available for future statistics and analysis.

  14. The summary of guest balance on the check-out page is pretty nice and allows us to see with a quick glance if the guest has something left to pay when leaving.
    It would be much better if that summary only showed the balance for the current stay and not the future stays of the guest.
    Most of our regulars have dozens of stays booked in advance and the check-out summary shows the total for all of them which is completely irrelevant during check-out.

  15. Will be a good thing to have the possibility to download all daily invoices to one PDF to store them in digital format, to avoid using paper and saving time to do that one by one.

  20. It will be great to have the opportunity to see all the changes made on all the customer profil, more particulary if a classification has been modified or take off. We have the opportunity to see it on a specific custumer profil, but we need to see all in the action log from the dashbord.
