Ability to set non-expiring (permanent) restrictions
It would be nice if restrictions could be set that don't expire. our hotel can only be booked 180 days in advance. I currently have to renew this restriction every three years. Am I the only one who finds this inconvenient?

Add a drop down button above the timeline view to switch service
It would be nice to be able to quickly switch the context (bookable service) from the timeline view. Often we need to quickly look up something from the timeline in another service (parking or conference room). Currently it is necessary to go to the dashboard, switch to the other service, and then access the timeline again.

Adding different Status for Tasks in Mews
Currently, tasks in Mews can only be assigned a deadline or to close them. While this covers the basic workflow, it leaves a gap in team communication and task visibility.
I’d like to suggest introducing an additional task status, for example, “In Progress” to indicate when someone has already started working on a task.
Why this would be valuable:
Improved coordination: Prevents multiple team members from picking up the same task unknowingly.
Transparency: Makes it clear which tasks are actively being worked on versus those still pending.
Clear lifecycle: Having statuses such as To Do → In Progress → Done…

View product checklist in Mews mobile app
It would be great if it was possible to view the product checklist in the Mews mobile app.

Long-Term Stay: Run Monthly Account Receivables + Issue Invoices in Batch
To better assist Rental Properties (Monthly Bookable Period) - it would be useful to consider creating an AR page that would
(1) allow clients to review the accounts and bills by month,
(2) run invoices by batch,
(3) Bulk Issue Invoices, and

Space 'Directions' field should display the Character limit
Currently, there is a hidden character limit for the Directions field in the configuration page of a space. When exceeding the limit, there is no warning & after saving the field resets to empty. Displaying the character limit will help stay within the boundaries and save time re-entering the directions to the Space.

Nous sommes une pourvoirie et nos locations sont pour des chalets, des terrains de camping, des tentes prêt-à-camper et des embarcations nautiques. Export Group Allotment / Pick-Up Report
It would be great to be able to export the group allotment chart to show clients their group block pick-up. Copy and pasting the data from the Dashboard does not paste properly in Excel, Numbers, or any other app (Pages, Outlook, etc)

Feature Request: Out of Service Function with Timeline Visibility
I’d like the Out of Service function to work more like the Out of Order function, with the ability to set a start and stop date/time. The room should remain bookable, but it would be really helpful if the reason and timeframe were displayed more visibly on the timeline screen.
This would be a game changer for our maintenance team’s ability to communicate with the front desk. Sometimes they’re working in a room that we still want to keep sellable, and having a clear, visible note on the timeline would make it much easier to seamlessly share that information between…

Link task to allotment block
It would be nice to be able to link task directly to the allotment block. It would be easier to locate the block already before any rooms have been picked up. We have several users handling the blocks and making adjustments to the room account, so this would help a lot.

Automatically creating tasks when a pre-authorzation fails
Similar to when a payment fails, creating an automatic task would help with following up on invalid credit cards when a pre-authorization is required

The new rate management screen is dreadful. Can it be changed back?
I don't know why the rate management screen has been changed but it's dreadful. I used to be able to click on individual days and quickly change the price but now can't. Can it be changed back please? Or give a quick edit option?

Suppress Rate
I am reaching out to request a feature update that would allow rates to be suppressed on reservations. This functionality is very important to our daily operations, as many of our corporate accounts prefer to book reservations for their associates without disclosing the rate to them.
This capability was available to our corporate clients in our previous PMS, and the inability to suppress rates now creates challenges and can negatively impact our business relationships with these clients.

a direct way to set minimum length of stay restrictions that depend on the booking window—for example, enabling 1-night stays when booked within a week of arrival but requiring a 2-night minimum otherwise. lead-time-specific rules would make for a better occupancy and facilitate further processes.

Feature Request: Adding gateway state to profile dashboard to see if invoice was received
Hi,
It would be great to see at a glance the gateway state of a bill sent on the guest/company dashboard.
We can see it was “sent” but it doesn’t mean it was received.Gateway State let us know when dropped - for example, there was a typo in the email address
We could more easily identify when invoices have never reached our customers.
Do you think that would be feasible?

Include the field "Purchase order number" in the search bar
We have companies who refer to their reservation by purchase order number.

Restrictions consider departure date
Currently restrictions only consider the arrival date and not the departure date.
This means that if I want only allow bookings at my property from today - 365 days from now, setting the below restriction is not enough to close out the property from day 366 onwards. This restriction will allow a reservation to start on day 1 - 364 and end any day afterwards.
