  3. When restrictions are in place (for example: minimal stay 2 nights) the internal user CANNOT see the rate on those given days. In fact when restrictions are in place the hotelier cannot see any of the rates. So when there is a WALK IN or a request the hotelier is flying blind. Therefore: even when restrictions are in place there should be an option that hoteliers or certain users can still see the rates of that day.

  4. When you manage rates and all rules in PMS, you could not round up your final price. For exemple, special offer to 10% OFF, the final price will be $101.52 instead of $102.

  5. It would be much more comfortable if there were only available rates in the rate selection of the reservation screen. especially if the rate should not apply to the space category.

  6. Functionality to allow Room Type Overbooking while maintaining total capacity of the hotel.
    When noticing high volumes of demand for standard rooms and upgrades won't sell, you can allocate an amount of rooms you want to overbook on the standard room while still maintaining the total capacity of the hotel.

  7. Pourvoir définir qu'un check-in ne peut pas avoir lieu avant un certain délai suite à un check-out.
    Ce délai peut-être pour certaines catégories de logement ou juste pour certains jours de la semaine.

    Par exemple:
    nous n'avons pas d'équipe de ménage un we, donc interdire les réservations avec une arrivée le dimanche si un départ est prévu le samedi.
    Et inversement, une arrivée est prévue un dimanche, la chambre ne pourra pas se vendre si le check-out de la nouvelle réservation est la veille.

  8. If I am only to have certain roomtypes available for a ratecode or for a voucher, I currently need to place "close restriction" one by one on every roomtype that should not be sold for this specific rate/voucher. IF you could define what roomtypes a particular rate or voucher should be valid for, you would not need to make all these close restrictions.

  9. At the moment there are only set intervals for scheduled reports. Ability to set your own date parameters will eliminate the need to manually run reports on daily basis.

  11. It would be convenient to receive a notification if the occupancy reaches a certain percentage on a certain day. (e.g. if 60% OCC is reached on a certain day, you receive an email to notify you).

  13. I need to manage my rates based on their net value to us, eh close out "cheap rates" when we reach a certain occupancy (promotions, special contracted rates etc). I need the ability to close out by rate category which at the moment is only possible if the rate has a different cancellation policy. I need this daily so would be an urgent feature for me and many revenue managers who manage a lot of rates and cant rally close out by rate code.

  15. Problem: When walk-ins asking for a breakdown of the rates per night we are not able to see this. We can only see the total price of the stay.

  16. think you need to work on that feature a bit so reception aware when a HOUSE USE room checks in, make sure there is a check in and check out solution – otherwise, how do we know if the members of staff is in the room or not???

    And also room changes should be allowed instead of having to delete a space block and create a new one.

    A House room use is a reservation like any other, the only difference is that it does not count into the inventory and revenue.

  17. There is already a suggestion for having a inventory for stay products. Now that the products can be booked by the customer during the booking flow and online check-in, it would be interesting to have more configuration options for upsell products. Right now, it is very limited. Certain products need to be prepared or ordered on request. There should be a deadline of choice. For example: booking a bouquet of flowers can only be added 48 hours before arrival. Otherwise we can't order the flowers anymore.   18. Add a multiple select option for Space Categories inside rate set-up.

    I don't necessarily want all space categories sold on every rate that is set-up. It would be ideal if I could select the applicable space category inside the rate rather than having to "always" apply multiple restriction across many rates and room types, this has potential of creating hundreds of restrictions (10 rates/10 spaces).

  20. "Some employees may be a part of multiple departments and participate in multiple aspects of your operations. Currently in the system, however, it is not possible to add employees to multiple departments, which restricts their ability to be directly involved in some assignments or orders. With the option to add employees to multiple departments, this could eliminate some of this separation and allow your property to involve all the right people in all the right processes."
